VEVER Replacement Inside Tone Tuning Foam Earpads for Sennheiser HD650 HD600 HD598 Headphone

Perfect fit for my 13 year old HD 600s.

I went thru 3 sets of official HD600 pads and another of a lesser brand before finding VEVER brand on Amazon. If you know what official replacement pads cost you'll appreciate the fact that you can get quality, long lasting pads at a sane price. The pair I have are now 5 years old, and are pretty much like new. They've held their shape and flexibility. They were originally a tiny bit firm but I guess it took a few months before they got "broken in" and they've stayed the perfect firmness since then. I replaced the headband at the same time with an Amazon purchase and that too has lasted. My HD600s are something like 20 years old - yet they're as good as new, still sounding perfect. I'm a recording musician and use them for pleasure listening as well as critical listening. Not aware of anything better - they've proven their accuracy countless times.

I do not notice a sound difference, but I do not consider myself an audiophile either. They definitely do the job, and will order these exact ones again if needed.

Does what their supposed to do, that is be a direct replacement for the foam inserts for the HD6xx series.

The original Tone Tuning Forms on my Sennheiser HD-580 wore out put out the extra Tone Turning Forms . I found these original Tone Tuning Forms on the dresser with original ear pads . These Tone Tuning Forms started to get brittle and so I decide to search it on Amazon website . Plus I bought extra ear pads with tone turning forms for my Sennheiser HD-580 headphone . But , it been a long time that I did not use these extra ear pads with tone tuning forms . Also I have I bought 2 sets of Sennheiser ear pads with tone tuning forms and I thinks both are getting brittle too .

I used these to replace the pads in my HD650. They are a little smaller than the factory pads but are big enough to work and the price is better. I would buy these again. Note - I also replaced the headband cushion on my HD650 phones and now they are good as new though will likely need the ear cushions at some point. It's worth it to replace these parts as they are such great headphones.

My inner pad was little torn so I wasn't sure if this will be the exact part that I would need to replace for my sennheiser and I was happy once i put it on and listen to music my Senn cx and are alive again couldnt be more happier than this
