I bought this product to help with some physical therapy for my knee along with just being able to have a portable piece of equipment. Assembly wasn't too bad though lining up the bolts with the holes was a little frustrating at times. Unfortunately the stand I got had a few cosmetic scratches and it was missing the carabiner hooks. I contacted the seller and in about a week they sent me the hooks along with some extra pieces of hardware. The product is for the most part very sturdy (there is a bit of a shake on one side but very minor) and it is pretty light weight. The addition of the nylon pushup grips is very handy to have. Overall I recommend this if you have the space for it since it doesn't collapse down.
