Light weight and easy to use
I bought this chair for field research in Costa Rica and I absolutely loved every minute I had it. It was light weight enough that I was able to take it on all of our long hikes into the forest, and it was easy enough that I could have it set up in less than a minute!

A decent option for this price
I've used this for multiple park and camping trips and overall am satisfied enough with my purchase to keep using it, but it's not perfect.Pros:* Very light and compact. Easy to stuff in a backpack and hike with.* Easy to set up, tear down. The poles have stretchy connectors and snap into place making it easy to assemble and disassemble. Getting the seat cover on the frame is a minor challenge, but it's really not that bad.* Cheap. Compared to similar style chairs from places like REI, you can't beat this price, but you get what you pay for.Cons:* Poor balance. Unless you are on perfectly flat ground, it's hard to sit on. If the ground is uneven, I tended to tip or slide in the chair and wasn't able to find a comfortable balance.* Wind will blow it away. If you aren't sitting on it, I would advice flipping it upside down and putting something heavy on it like a piece of firewood or a rock. A gust of wind will easily blow it away. It's weight is a benefit when packing it, but not when it's set up.

The chair got here today, first impression? Not so good.
Pros: The chair is very easy to build, takes about a minute. The materials look very strong. The mesh seems it will last and the stitching looks on point. The poles look strong enough to hold me (I’m 205 lbs) and the chair is not bad looking. Because of the angle I can lean back and I don’t feel like it will tip back. The carry bag looks like it’s made from rip-stop material and it has a strip of Molle system that can be attached to other gear. (Although I wished they would have located it in the bottom and not on the side). Packed, it measures approx 13”x5”x4.5”.Cons: 3 things jump out. First- Once the chair is set up it seems secure while I’m sitting and leaning back. (I set it up on flat concrete surface). The issue is that if I move, even just a bit to rearrange the movement to the sides makes the chair wobble; almost fells like it may collapse. That’s a problem because I will be using this chair in less than perfect ground. I bought it for motorcycle camping and I usually camp in remote areas, I’ll see if it withstands. Next- I noticed that the bungee cord inside the poles look suspiciously cheap. I’ve had some bad experiences with cheap camping tents poles where they get wet/damped by the weather and begin fray quickly. Last- I don’t like the company name stamped so big in the carrying case and on the chair. I ordered the black chair and the block letters are white (it’s just ugly).Anyways that’s my 2 cents. Priced right? IDK. I like the carry bag a lot; maybe I can fit my camping bag in it. Overall I gave the chair a 3 star based on first impression. I have a 1,200mi mototrip and camping where this chair will be put to the test. We will see if it’s tough enough for this type of adventure.

Don’t buy a chair at REI
Many friends have complemented my chair while they sit in their $100 store bought chairs that don’t stack up to this one: comfort, sturdiness, lightweight, packs small, good looking.

Decent comfortable lite weight folding chair
Decent comfortable lite weight folding chair. Almost assembles itself because of stretch straps that pull metal rods together. Very intuitive assembly & disassembly. I'm 5'8" and 200 lbs and near the upper limit for this chair. Chair rods bend a bit as I move around but don't break so it has a slight rocking Acton to it. Great for hiking or anytime you have to carry one or more chairs some distance.

Compact and Lightweight
Excellent low, lightweight, compact chairs, in cool bags that will clip to your belt to free your hands. Probably not good if you weigh over 250. If you do not order the upgrade with feet, you cannot just add them later. Different design.

... 6 feet tall and 220lbs and sat in this comfortably for 6 hours at a hillclimb the other day
I'm 6 feet tall and 220lbs and sat in this comfortably for 6 hours at a hillclimb the other day. Can't beat how small and light they are.
