Like putting on body armor
I love Ester-C! 20 years ago I was getting sick so frequently that I decided to beef up my immune system. Heard a radio commercial touting the advantages of Ester-C over traditional C so I decided to give it a try. I've been taking them faithfully now ever since then and I don't get sick nearly as often as I used to. On average, I'll come down with a cold something like every couple years or so. I take the 500mg dose every other day with a Vitamin E (I read somewhere that this increases the potency of the Ester-C) and I'm good to go. It's like wearing a bullet-proof vest! I've told my friends about Ester-C and after taking it they all report that they rarely get sick anymore also. If you find yourself getting sick often, give these a try. I recommend the 500mg dose as I think the 1000s are too hard to swallow.
