Are the middle section of the dinner plates all white or is there a desisn on the plate?

As I recall, the center of the dinner plates is white; there is only the border pattern, which is visible in the the pictures. This is a very cute set.

Can I replace my bowls ? 3 broke during storage from last year

My set also contained a couple of broken items. They sent an entire new set. Now I have more sets than I need. Let me know if you are unable to get your bowls replaced, I have extra. They are very cute for my Christmas table, get lots of compliments!
