Some parts were not correct had to drill the holes for the top bunk deeper to stack which caused some chipping on the ladder while trying to screw it in had to drill new hole for that as well but worth the money it is very sturdy and looks nice once complete

This is a good quality bed for the money. It was fairly easy to put together once I got the instructions on line from the seller. My daughter loves it and says it is like "sleeping on a mountain". If I had the need I would not hesitate to buy another. Only thing I would change is to make it where you could put the ladder on either end.

Once assembled it is a good bed, I'm not a fan of the drawers as there is about a one inch gap between them and the end of the bed but it could definitely be worse.Assembly is long and the instructions aren't great so there were a few pieces that needed to be moved around after being screwed in.I don't see this bed lasting an extremely long time but it's cute, the materials are decent and the price wasn't ridiculous so it's a good bed to last my kid a few years.

The product is very sturdy and the color matched the rest if my kids bedroom furniture easily. The only thing i didnt like was the storage drawers are not on a track so it is annoying to consistently make sure the drawers go under the bed straight but doesnt affect my opinion of the overall quality of the bed. Had an issue with bed coming a few days late but the seller called to apologize and offer to help without me contacting them so it was great customer service!

Beautiful bunk bed, quality what you pay for. It was not easy to assemble, I wish the directions were more clear. You have to follow the directions very, very carefully, otherwise when you unscrew the screws to fix it, you are at risk of damaging the parts. I got a big crack on the headboard of the lower level of bunk bed. Also, the drawers are pretty poor quality; I wish they were a little sturdier.

This bunk bed comes with excellent directions and parts labeling. It is a twin over a full and will work great when my 2 grandkids come to visit. The twin can come off and be used by itself in another room. It is very solid and well constructed. The 2 storage drawers slide under the bed and will be very useful.

We bought this bed to surprise our daughter for her birthday. When we went to assemble, several pieces were defective, most problematic the end pieces as the manufacturer seemed to have glued the vertical slats at the wrong distance, making it so the holes wouldn't line up. Given that it is a solid wood piece that needs to connect, we were unable to continue. There were also several other pieces with cracks, etc.My first call to customer service was ok and I reached someone who said the replacement items would ship in 24-48 hours. I had to call back after noticing the top end piece had the same issue and after several tries, including a few times where I was simply hung up on/disconnected, I got someone. They asked for a case number, which I never received and after finding my order, she again confirmed the other pieces and the new one would ship out soon. I asked about the tracking number email the other agent said I would receive and the line went silent, then I was disconnected again after about 30 seconds. I then emailed them to confirm it all was taken care of and after taking another day to reply they asked for pictures of the items, which was never discussed on the phone. They said the person probably just wanted to promise that I would get the items, but this was the next step. Still no case number, and now far past the 24-48 hour timeframe I was originally told I'd have a tracking number. After I sent pictures, they determined it was a defective set and said they won't be restocking for a while so they would give me a refund. I am happy that the end result allows me to get a different bed without losing any money, but it has been many weeks since I placed the order and a lot of hassle with the customer service experience and we are now past my daughter's birthday, which this was supposed to be for. I would not recommend this bed.

Only had for one night so far, but assembly was super easy. Beautiful, Sturdy and well made. My kids loved their new bed.Only downside is it was missing the wood screws (but I had plenty on hand from my picture hangers)
