National Park Quarter Archive Map Hardcover – January 1, 2010

Attractive display folder for your quarters but there is only one position for each state national park and, in case you didn't know, there are two strikes for each state coin, the Philadelphia (P) and the Denver (D) mints. I will have to buy another one of these to be able to display both strikes for each state. Also, be aware that not all the coins are minted yet so you'll be collecting until 2021.The coins push into the holes quite nicely and stay put. You do have to remove the round cardboard cutout from the hole and I used a sharp craft knife to cut through the two small joins to ensure a clean hole.Overall, a very nice display folder but I was surprised it didn't cater for both mints (which is why I marked it down by one star).

My parents bought me a 1999 - 2008 state quarter map when that whole state quarter thing first started, and even though the map was really large and pretty (perfect for the 11 year old I was), it was so difficult to get the quarters in flat. To this day, despite much effort, the quarters don't sit flat and just look awful.Having a "lumpy coin" pet peeve, I took a lot of care to order a map that wouldn't give me this kind of grief. I'm so pleased with this state park quarters map! Coins go in so easily, have plenty of room, but are kept snug so they don't fall out. The map is made with 40% recycled paper (yay!), and has a lot of good information about the quarters and when they will be released. States are color coded to indicate year of release. Overall, this map was a great buy, and will be a great way to collect and display coins in the future.

This is a nice book for collecting the national park quarters that began being minted in 2010. My only issue with this book is that, by way of comparison to the state quarters book (quarters minted 1999-2009) sold by the same publishing company (Whitman), this book is not nearly as big or nice. I erroneously assumed it would be very similar to the state quarters collector book, but it is definitely a step or two down in size and appearance. I'm not disappointed, but I'm also not nearly as delighted as I was with the state quarters book.

Although this map is not quite as nice as the one for the state quarters in the same series, it is still very nice for the money. Saw the exact "same" product in a retail store and the one I ordered was thicker and not as cheaply made (though Amazon could have had some old ones left and then start shipping newer, cheaper ones - not sure). Would have gotten 5 stars if the corner were not bent; it was shipped in a container that was a little too tight and it was too late to return it in time. Since my nephew is only 7, he didn't care.

The book is a good holder/display for the national park quarters for those not expecting too much out of it. The quarters appear to hold steady in place once inserted into their various holes. The page with the listings of each state/territory park quarter is rather thin and could see some damage if the book is used by youngsters. A bit more could have been done with the slots/listings for the territory quarters on the main map page. Overall, a good buy, but probably not for a serious collector.

Hard cover.But it is not as good as its State Series Quarters Collector Map.If you have put one quarter into the map, it will be extremely hard to get it out in case that you want to replace it with a new coin.I used a knife to get one quarter out, and it damages my folder.If the quarter you put into the folder is brand new and shiny, this folder is nice.The US map is expected to be more beautiful.

This BIG quarter holder is attractive and sturdy.I'm giving this product four stars instead of five because the first one we bought was defective -- one half of the map was covered with a page that should flap open but was glued down. Of course, Amazon is great about returns. I sent it back and got another.Our second one was fine. The page in question was stuck somewhat, but it easily detached. (There must be a design flaw in this product.) With the flap back, there is a full color map with holes for the quarters.

This quarter book is wonderful! It's a great size, not too big or too small, and the way it is laid-out is great. I purchased two of these for my small nieces, as they are really into collecting all of the National Park Quarters, and I really like how it shows a detailed representation of the U.S., so they can learn where each state is located. They make it easy to figure out where each years quarters go by having them color coded. There is also a great page inside that gives a little history about our country.

Great folder to keep quarters in, although too big for my bookshelf!

一般的な硬貨と同じ穴がくりぬかれているタイプで、一度はめてしまうと取るのは難しいですね。硬貨をはめると州の名前がわからなくなってしまうのが残念です。私が持っているStateSeriesのほうは二回りほど大きいですがこちらは硬貨をはめても州の名前が見えるようになっています。まだ2州しか集まっていませんが、２０２１年まで発行されるようなので長い期間楽しめそうです。

25セントコインは安価なので集めやすく、国立公園シリーズは近年発行なので割りと状態のいいものが手に入ります。アメリカ国内で数件本屋を探しましたが、売ってなかったのでがっかりしていたところコレにたどり着きました。発行が2021年まであるので全部集まるのが楽しみです。
