We received the letters and one letter was broken. We wrote the seller and they are shipping right away.They look good and are a good size. I would purchase again from this seller even with this issue.

Don”t waste your money. Looks like a child made it. Letters are vinyl stickers that are crooked and peeling off when I received it. Very low quality and I was very disappointed, even more when I realized I’m out over 100.00 because it’s not covered under amazons A-Z guarantee.

Order a set of these for my wife for Christmas. I made a mistake when ordering by not specifically listing each letter I needed and how many, so when I opened it and found half the letters missing I was not happy. I was surprised when I sent a message to the seller, who not only responded quickly but offered to replace the missing tiles of my order at no additional cost or shipping. I will have my replacements here in less than a week from the first message. About the product: the blocks are wood with printed letters, about 3.5” squared and 1” thick. They don’t have anything on the back for mounting on the wall so you’ll need to think about hardware or adhesive. Quality is great. Very happy with my purchase!

I gave this a 4 start because there isn’t a clear coat on top of the letter so a few of them were peeled off when it arrived. Luckily I have a circuit so it was an easy fix then I put a clear coat on top so this wouldn’t happen again. For the price of these I feel like they should of been sealed. It made the letters and wood have a slight shine and made it much prettier

I thought the letters would be burned onto the squares, especially for how long they took to come inI thought the squares were biggerI thought they would have a way to be hung to the wallPart of the letter k the top is tore offI have to remove a couple stickers to fix them bc some were put on sloppyI cut one of the letters - cause I had an extra L and Missing an I , easy fix but $119I'm pretty sure for less than $119 I could have made them myself DIY getting squares and letters , stain from the craft storeSuper cute idea love it just slightly disappointed that someone making these didn't be sure the letters were put on correctly

Cheaply made. Used cheap lumber and fast coat of stain. This is the worse product I've ever bought on Amazon3/4 inch by 3 1/2 inch pine with one coat of stain. No other finish. VInyl stickers added. Not even going to give them as a gift.
