Unlike so many other olive oils, this one actually smells and tastes like olives. Flavorful but not overpowering.

This is the best Olive oil i ever had\tried. I really don't typically buy any other olive oil unless it is for cooking. it's very green and murky because it is unfiltered. It is like REAL olive oil how it must have been in the old days?that's what i think anyway. I am sad that they stopped selling it at my local whole foods though and when i bought it here online, for the same price i got a smaller bottle so i guess the price went up too.In my opinion it's a gem

Not available any longer at whole foods. Excellent product that whole foods priced out of reach of most shoppers and now has discontinued carrying it. There are many olive oils on the shelf that are phoneys with seed oils mixed in. Recent study found 70% adulterated, not pure olive oil. This was Not one of those. Now its gone and I suppose makes other olive oils now look better than they really are.
