Gallium Nitride Next-Gen Charging
This compact power port slim charger from Anker easily handles fast charging my iPhone 12 Pro Max or even charging my MacBook Pro with no issues. It’s more than Half the thickness than the 61 Watt USB-C MacBook Power Brick and weighs a featherweight 146 grams. Ankers Power IQ 3.0 power management chip will automatically adjust power delivery output required for your devices maximum supported charging speed. There is a small blue circular LED that indicates power, it’s bright enough to be easily visible but dim so it won’t cause much disturbance in dark rooms. In the time using it charging devices, it does not get hot like my MacBook Charger would, just slightly warm to the touch. This charger is able to achieve a smaller and more compact design thanks to Gallium Nitride (GaN), a material that’s now being more widely used in semiconductors and power applications instead of silicone thanks to its lower resistance and more efficient power conversion. GaN chargers are the next generation of chargers and they will start being used more in the coming years. The unit itself has the typical Anker build quality we’ve come to expect from the brand, it is made of sturdy and quality plastics so it should easily survive being thrown into a laptop bag. As well as having a 45 watt USB-C output, the charger also has three 5V 4A USB-A outputs that can share a total of a 20 watts. Four devices can be charged simultaneously as power will be intelligently shared with the Power IQ system. Overall, this is a high quality GaN charger that brings the future of charging tech into a compact and efficient package. The box and packaging are also top notch & gives you a premium unboxing feeling. Thank you for reading my review, if you found it helpful feel free to let me know below.

Great for under £30
Nice product. USB C failed after 4.5 years, but it was used daily to charge iPhones, laptops, iPads and more so no complaints from me for £30! The one that failed was probably charging for minimum 3 hours a day, and up to 11 hours some days. Oh and I should add it failed silently - no damage to the connected devices, and the USB As all work

Fast-charger; compact, well-built and versatile
Typical Anker quality, from the packaging to the device itself; all round a great little charger. 45w delivery from the usb-c port exclusively and uninterruptedly, with the remaining 20w of this 65w charger distributed between the 3 standard USB ports; depending on their draw. Very slimline device and pleasing on the eye, a thick circle outline illuminates in blue when this charger is receiving power, but doesn’t illuminate a whole darkened room as some of my devices do, so I would say it’s fairly unobtrusive and you could always just put this device upside down if it bothered you. It does not get hot to the touch, or even warm up particularly much at all, even charging my iPad Pro 2020 from almost empty for many hours via usb-c alongside my iPhone via usb periodically throughout that period of time. I haven’t went into fully benchmarking the charge times and electrical output from this to my iPad Pro 2020 or other devices, but I can say anecdotally at least, it seems to be charging a lot faster than through the stock Apple charger. The 3-pin to figure-8 power cable is a generous length and gives a little more reach from where this is plugged in to where your device is charging, on top of however long your charging cable is, which I find to be useful for positioning the charger/device and for comfortably being able to use the device while charging without yanking something that is plugged directly into a socket. The external power cable means it’s a very compact charger for travelling, and if you have spare plug to figure 8 cables kicking about from other devices you could leave one somewhere else (ie in the office, in another area of the house, etc) and all you’d need to carry was this wallet sized device and any charge cables needed. I also like that this cable is not moulded to the device so can easily be switched out should it fail. It also means it’s a slim profile plug, so if you need to plug it into sockets in tight spaces/behind drawers/in weirdly positioned 4-way power adaptors etc you can do so without any need for additional clearance for a power brick and the output cables. Other folk on here have talked of getting EU/US to figure-8 cables for ease of use while travelling but I have not researched this or had a need to yet, but it may be something worth looking into and if possible certainly would be a useful feature in terms of portability and travel. Could not rate this highly enough, but already half expected this from Anker to be honest.

Good charging hub, but does NOT charge Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at 45W
It does a good job in general. It's very well built, easy to use, and feels high quality. It's pretty small and has a low profile making it very easy to mount and hide away if needed. However, my main issue is the compatibility with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's advertised to charge at 45W using the USB-C port, but my phone (which charges at 45W with my other fast charger) only reaches 30W. So if you're buying it to be used with a Samsung Galaxy phone for it's high charge power, be aware of this.

top quality product from a company you can trust
This is the second time I have bought this product; my experience of Anker products is that they are of excellent quality, reliable, and well designed - never had a problem. This USB charger has a small footprint, so sits well on my desk at home; and it is light, so I can take it on my travels. It also has good charging capacity for modern day products.
