Initially I enjoyed this product. I was using it to wear a cross I was given in my childhood. Sentimental value, the kind of thing I never want to lose. I'd put it on and take it off every day. After five months, it started to become more of a struggle. The clasp did not easily lock and twist and grew frustrating to use. Around the six month mark, it would connect, but fall open at the slightest movement. So if you're looking to just hang it from something that never moves, you're in business. Better to invest in a more durable item if you're wearing pendants you'd rather not lose.

Advertised as leather. 100% FAKE. As the plastic coating wears off, frays like the cheap shoelace like nylon material that it is DO NOT BE FOOLED. 100% GENUINE IMITATION LEATHER.

Very nice necklace, good quality braided leather material, connection holds firmly by compressing the tiny spring and twisting.*The stainless steel connection really is a bit wider than the necklace, as stated in the description (mine was slightly under 4mm), so make sure your pendant clasps are at least 4mm, or just modify them.*

Great quality and craftsmanship. I am most impressed with the way the clasp is attached to the leather cord. It is smooth and top quality. I have a treasured pewter piece I wear on this chain and wanted a durable black leather that didn't look cheap. This is perfect Thank you for providing a great product.

this is by far the best necklace ive had in a while i were a handmade protection amulet i got from brazil i have been wearing it for 15 years but the necklaces keep breaking on me. i wanted a smooth strong necklace that would last and this one has been great when it locks in its pretty much impossible to pull apart without knowing how to unlock it

I'd gotten a super cool handmade pendent for a necklace in Costa Rica, and the original threaded cord finally broke. I needed something that wouldn't break and was durable to last wearing in the shower 365. So far this is doing awesome, I'm super happy and would buy another should the need arise. The only thing I'd say is, make sure you like the style; it's not 100% me ... but it's definitely fit for purpose.

Absolutely love it!!Easy to open and slide on pendants... Fits over head so you dont have to open the clasp every time. Love the look and the feel of it. I will be buying more for Christmas presents!!
