Great product that I hope Piping Rock will continue to sell for a long time. I stack this with others to create the ultimate lactic acid inhibitor. Take it an hour before cycling and I can ride harder for longer.

This supplement is among those in my biochemist physician's diet plan to not only keep my inherited inability to make enough adrenaline from sending me to be with my ancestors, but also from needing a walker to get around like so many here in the seniors' facility where I live. It has remained there despite any changes he has made over the years which makes me assume it's vital.Considering the quantity in the bottle, it's relatively inexpensive compared to others that I use thrice daily & in much greater quantity since therapeutic doses are larger than what is recommended on the bottle of most supplements. So, you won't be out much if you haven't found it's making a positive change in your health.

I would be a lot happier with this product if it did not contain magnesium stearate and rice powder. Magnesium stearate is an excipient used in supplement manufacturing to prevent powders from clumping and sticking to the machinery, making it easier to produce capsules. Note that stearic acid (aka stearate) is a saturated fat, which many people are seeking to reduce their intake of.Excipients such as magnesium stearate are helpful to prevent machines from getting clogged, thus reducing manufacturing challenges (and costs). But as a consumer, do you really care about the machines, or do you care about your body and your health??? I prioritize my health, otherwise I would not be spending my money on supplements. It's a shame I have to compromise due to supplements that contain unwanted ingredients.Rice powder sounds innocent, but it is a generic name for several rice byproducts including some that are high in silicon dioxide, and there's the potential for elevated arsenic too.As soon as I find an exipient-free inosine supplement, I'm switching to another brand.
