JLTC SWD Stretch Wrap Dispenser, 12-Inch-20-Inch Roll Height, 18-Inch Length, 9.2-Inch Width

This thing works well and really helps get the tighter wrap but it needs the specific refill rolls. The ones we had were on a smaller thinner core and it was hard to get them to roll out consistently. The circular guides on this thing are way too wide, smallest one is about 1.5 inches. The inside of our film core was 1 inch so the roll kept wobbling around. I'll be buying different refill rolls for sure. The handle itself is very sturdy and well made. Definitely helps with stretch wrapping, requires less effort than when using a roll of film on its own.

This product is very rugged and robust. The only thing that could be an issue for people is its weight. But that also has to do with the size film you purchase to use with it. I purchased larger rolls and did not have an issues with it. But others using it stated it was too heavy.So if you purchase this product, it will be the last one you will need to buy. But be mindful that other size rolls are available to keep the total weight of unit down.

Disappointing service- while the price is amazing, when we put the rolls of shrink wrap on and try to adjust the tension, it constantly vines or is too loose to enable the user to stretch wrap effectively the items on a pallet .. I even tried putting some light grease on the areas where the cardboard tube of the shrinkwrap glide. This has always worked very well on the more expensive dispensers I have bought in the past as a semi permanent fix until the shrink wrap roll is about finished. No luck with that! Really can’t figure out why this thing doesn’t work like I expected. I would recommend spending a little more money and getting a better quality product.

Pretty decent stretch wrap dispenser once you figure out that it needs to be left a little loose on the top in order to spin. If you're wrapping a bunch of pallets a day it might become annoying, thankfully we wrap maybe 4 at most so it does just fine.

roll loosens on product all the time constantly tightening and loosening roll to wrap pallet.better than our old one but this has some kinks to work out.... a work in progress.

No instructions on how to assemble for best performance. Heavy when adding the stretch film to the dispenser. Not always easy to use

the handle/tightener does not lock in place or allows ease of use, i would constantly adjust the tightness as i wrap/move to the desired tension. 3 stars for the material, -2 for the difficulty of use.

Was good quality only downfall is its hard to control at times doesn't have an easy way to tighten the wrap as your going around in circles around the pallets. Was still good. May have been user error.
