Ross Henery Professional 10 Piece Premium Stainless Steel Chef's Knife Set/Kitchen Knives in Case

We bought this set for our nephew who graduated from culinary school and got his first job. He is extremely happy with them.While they are not Wüsthof, they are a great quality at a far more reasonable price. They work perfectly well in any kitchen, and have a blade for every situation.

Great knives. They are as described. They are a good weight and the case is sturdy. I love the knife guards too. I can now travel and use my own set of knives. I don't have to use others dull ones. They would make a great gift for anyone that cooks whether they travel or not. Everything is in one place and no more searching through the knife drawer for the particular knife for the job. A word of caution though. When you open the package look for the guard that fits the paring knife. It is very small and was not attached. I almostst threw it away. See the picture.

Have had these a couople weeks wanted to out them to use before I wrote a review. I'm very happy with these knives. The feel great in the hand. And hold a good edge. The wrap is a deffinate plus.

Nice packaging. These are professional grade knives although wee haven’t had them long all I can say as of now they exceed my expectations.

The sex are my first set of professional knives, but I have used professional knives before. These ones are lightweight, balanced and sharp enough that they could cut your finger off and not lose any sleep over it. They slice like a dream, and are super thin, so matter hardly sticks to them. I haven't had to sharpen mine yet but the sharpener works well enough on my other knives, and the scissors are an added bonus. I don't normally write reviews when objects simply do their jobs. So you can imagine I was pretty impressed by these knives. Mostly, I love the weight balance and comfort of the handle. They're incredibly light, fit correctly in my palm and neither too blade- nor handle-heavy. All in all, worth the spendage.

Love all other knives, but the butcher knife, which cracked. This is my second review. They denied my first one for no reason.

I bought these for my boyfriend who is a Chef. They work "ok" for the first couple of times and then it seemed as though you couldn't barely cut anything? Don't waste your money. Trust me! If I wanted butter knifes I would go to Walmart!
