The item has several parts inside which is hard to identify. This item is not user friendly, I returned it as soon as I felt the plastic cheapparts inside which felt like something you woud get at a dollar store plastic kid toy. Pls check the return policy because they would not give memy full refund as of this date. The product is cheap and inferior. I BOUGHT THE Genteq and instruction book came with it and I love it.. The box cover look good but don't buy this product
