Is this pepsin from porcine?

Hate to put Michael P out of business, but Nutricost told me "The source for our pepsin is aspergillus niger."

Is this supplement completely vegan?

It only says “gluten-free + NON GMO

On the label it looks like hci but is it really hcl?

The L is usually lowercase because it's H Cl. So yes, that last letter is an L and not an i :)

How large are these capsules? (A photo against a ruler would be great, if possible.)

The pill is the second largest capsule made for humans, size 00. It's basically a horse pill. I had to buy size 1 empties and transfer it to them so someone who takes them doesn't choke on them.
