Zipper is plastic
The rest of the backpack is functional for me. Zipper broke while I was a long ways from home. Super inconvenient. Purchased the pack at the end of March and was broke by mid August of the same year.

Wires stills out
The bag is not as functional as you would think. Not sure why there is a spring like wire in the back where I guess for air flow, but the wires still out. No matter how much you pull it back inside, the wires will stick out on either sides. Tried it for a couple of days and also realize there's not alot of space inside with the spring like wires pushing in.
