Demeter Caramel Women Cologne Spray, 4 Ounce

Fragrance came in perfect and smells wonderful! Major tones of caramel and a slight gingerbread hint as it fades. Would highly recommended getting this as it is an amazing fragrance and does have significant longevity!

This perfume lasts hours on my skin, hair, and clothes. It is a rich, syrupy caramel with strong buttery maple notes. Several people have told me I smell like pancakes (in a good way) when I wear this. However, the spritzer on my particular bottle doesn't always work. I got a solid 3-4 days of good sprays, and now I get maybe 3 good sprays before it stops working. Luckily, the top is screwed on, so I can open it and apply directly. This is my second purchase of the scent, first time in this large volume. It's delicious, just mine is a little harder to work with.

I get more compliments when I wear a spritz of this. My favorite way to wear it is to layer over other scents. For the holidays, I layer over a couple of sprintzes of Demeter Gingerbread...delish. For everyday favorite combo is to layer over Cacharel Noa Fleur which has an apple scent. That way, I have the nice crispy sweet scent of a caramel apple. Yum. Out of all the Demeter single scents I've owned, this one has the most staying power. Angel Food smells yummy but doesn't last more than an hour. I ended up using it as a linen scenter. Pink Lemonade and Cotton Candy were the same way.Update 4/1/16. Recently ordered my 3rd bottle. This is definitely a permanent repurchase. Literally smells just like caramel. Still layering over scents and have found that it also works great over Incanto Heaven By Salvatore Ferragamo which smells like apples. YUMMY :O) Still just as wonderful as the first time.

I was trying to match a 'caramel' scent to a rollerball I purchased a very long time ago at Sephora - it was a crap shoot and so I bought 2 different 'caramel' scents to see what I would come up with - they all thankfully both turned out to be lovely but this was the clear winner for what I was looking for - it's nearly an exact match - it's warm, mild and sweet and actually smells like physical caramel. It is also a generous size bottle so I anticipate it will last a rather long time. I love it and highly recommend it.

Although the longevity of this scent isn’t as long as others I’ve used, it smells immaculate! It smells like you took a whiff of caramel syrup straight from the bottle. I expected to smell some other notes, but nope. Straight up caramel. My friends asked me to give them some of the “caramel candy” I was eating cause it smelled so strong. I 1000% recommend

I just received my delicious spray today. I really enjoy all things with the Maple Syrup smell. I would say that it does smell like a cross between those square chewy caramel candies (in the clear cellophane wrapper) and a Grade B Maple Syrup. NOT the commercialized kind that goes on waffles like Misses ButterWorth but the kind that is used for the "Master Cleanse."I sprayed the fragrance on my wrist and my husband said that I had a "Bailey's Liquor" smell to me or a coffee smell. He had no idea that I sprayed anything, but he gave me a questioning side glance. I confessed to what I had sprayed, not wanting him to think that I was drinking this early in the day. He thought about it for a moment and said that I had a smell similar to his am coffee. He drinks his coffee with vanilla caramel creamer.I have included a picture of the spray that I received. The spray isn't as dark as the one received by another reviewer. It should also be noted that the actually sprayer is able to be unscrewed from the bottle. I noticed a few "floaters" in the actual liquid but this could have happened during the manufacturing process. I will utilize coconut oil to help maximize the longevity of the fragrant smell.All in all, this is a great attempt at a Caramel/Maple Syrup type smell. My favorite is still Vermont Sugar Maple (B&BW), a scent that was strong and with amazing staying power. If you want to smell like you have been drizzled in Caramel or Maple Syrup then this might be your scent. I am a Surgical Registered Nurse, and I won't be wearing this during any patient care. I know that it would bother some of my patients. Could you imagine not being able to eat before your surgery and your nurse comes in smelling like this....

This perfume smells like maple syrup and not caramel. It is also not eligible for returns.

The smell is great! Smells like pancakes and syrup to me. Only thing that sucked was the bottle. The cap always comes off and it leaks. So half the time the bottle is greasy and gross. Overall OK
