Elements of Music (3rd Edition)

I purchased a "Used, Very Good" version of this book for this semester, but it came with missing pages (163-166), which I currently need for an assignment, and pieces of gum on the cover and bottom. I'm guessing throughout transport, it heated up and seeped through the pages. I took a razor blade and tried cutting it out, but I tore a page or two, and didn't even get it all off. I'm really hoping I'm not missing any more pages because I'm not even halfway through my semester... pfft.

Seller description made no mention of the 50 or so pages missing from the book. This makes it very difficult to fill out those pages and turn them in for homework. Don’t lie to people.

There are missing pages in the textbook; therefore, I could not complete all of my assingments.

I received the book and it came with some bent edges and there was writing already in it.

Before buying this book, I had no previous musical experience besides playing the guitar in an incorrect way. After buying this book, I was able to develop new musical skills such as reading notes, identifying intervals, learning new scales, and chords.

Simple and clear introduction to elements of Western music. Each topic includes basic info with hands on practice opportunities and more complex examples and applications.

This book was advertised as new, but was in fact used and had written notes throughout. What a scam!
