They are 27" tall. And 43" wide.

Can you ride a horse with wings on?

Yes you can. The only issue I had, was one of the straps separated from one of the wings and I stapled it back on.

Can I apply lights on them

Ths wings are stiff, but it would depend how heavy the lights are. You can't really thread lights through the feathers.

Could these be worn under a top coat to be revealed later in a play without damaging them?

They are pretty stiff and firm. They do fold in, but I would guess you could see something was under the coat
