I was ready to send this thing back till I discovered that there is a secret to using it, and that secret is: don't make it more complicated than it is. Plug it in, plug in your sound source (a ham radio/scanner in my case) put your speaker into pairing mode, and turn the transmitter on. Beautimous. And it seems to have a pretty decent range; I'm sitting in my office, and the remote speaker in the front room is about 40 feet and several walls from here. This will be an important addition to our ARES severe weather gear.

Just ordered my third one.I have many Bluetooth devices, and this product is the best of all the transmit only I have.Why? Because they never screw up! It outputs Bluetooth to two devices at once.Do Not get the cheaper one of the two! It isn't good.

I gave this product a 4, because once setup it seems to be an easy to use device. The transmitter quality is good, but could use a little more volume range for channels that have low broadcast volume. The biggest issue was with initial connectivity. If the device is close to other devices that are transmitting Bluetooth signal (like the DirecTV HDMI receiver), it struggles to pair with any device. I discovered my solution by reading other reviewers that struggled with the same issue. My solution was to take the transmitter and headphones to an environment that was free of any distracting Bluetooth signal. Now that the two are paired, I reconnected to the TV and each use is automatically connected. You can detect a little latency, but not enough to worry about.

So thankful I found this! Plugged in into our new stereo unit. With new Bluetooth speakers we now have tunes on the patio AND in any room(s) in the house!!!! Great little device!!!

The audio quality, latency and range is good, but the unit frequently drops the connection at random. This is especially bad when you first connect a device. Sometime it takes up to 60 seconds of the connection to get established; and then it disconnects again after a few seconds or a few minutes. The transmitter is set up about 8 feet from the receive in line of sight. There are no other signals nearby that could cause interference. I can't recommend this product. I would love to try another version though.

Wifey and I work different shifts and sometimes I want to watch TV while she sleeps. I paired a pair of bluetooth earbuds to this and I can watch TV without her hearing the TV. I was using a wireless headphone system before, and it would cut out quite often. This does not cut out at all until I get over 25 feet away. I will even use this setup when wifey and I are watching the same show just so I can hear the words better than with the soundbar that is installed on our TV.

I purchased this product on 11/5/2024. It has worked as advertised until three weeks ago. All of the indicator LEDs have stopped illuminating. This makes it difficult to know when the unit is on, off, connected or pairing. I notified this vendor through support on their website two times and have not received any response. As much as I have enjoyed using this item, I cannot recommend this product due to lack of support.Review Update 3/9/2025.....After submitting my original review, the vendor did finally reach out to me and offer assistance. They asked that I go through some troubleshooting steps which did not solve the issue. At that point I was offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose to receive a replacement. I received the new unit within a couple of days and it works great. I do believe that this is a quality product and would recommend it. My only concern was the fact that I had to complain to Amazon to get a response and therefor I'm deducting one star. Maybe my original request for assistance slipped through the cracks. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I would not hesitate to purchase from this product line again.
