Two people can easily fit in this tub. Light weight but durable. I didn't like that there was no access door to get to the motor once it is installed, even though the side that has the facets and faces the wall is wide open. Lucky the location I placed mine in allowed me to cut an opening into the wall and install an access door on the other side of the wall. This way I can access the motor as well as the water connections without moving the tub in the event of any problems later on.

Nice big tub, the water pump is a little underpowered compared to the tub I removed to install this one, I wanted a larger tub and this is a decent tub for the price, I asked if there was a larger water pump available and the only answer I received was from a another customer that had no clue on the tub by his response. The faucet controls are a reach unless you are in the tub, but with how long it takes to fill , you need to start filling and come back, and the pull out shower wand twisted up under the tub and you have to be careful so it does not break, because unless you have that side with access hole you will be pulling the tub out every time it breaks. For the price I did not expect these issues.

The tub is huge! Everyone has gasped when they have seen it. This is not a DIY install. The tub came with thin plastic components that my plumber switched out. Several other custom changes to it to make it work. Check your hot water tank to ensure you have a big enough one to fill the tub.I haven’t used it yet but am thinking cleaning might be an issue to ensure mold doesn’t get in the pipes. Looks great installed.....and super big.

If there were 10 star rating, I would've rate it 10 stars.First of all, the quality is very decent compare to other brands. The design is very ideal. Inside soaking depth is great and very roomy.Then the service from Empava is great. The representative was very knowledgeable and is capable of answering my questions on top of his head.Gotta say, this is a very decent company

I have the 72" 2 person jetted tub and upon installation a couple of the air fittings on the bottom broke. I went through Empava's website to order a replacement part. I sent pictures as requested by the rep. After a couple of weeks with no response to my email I called and spoke to the same rep I emailed. She informed me to just be patient as they don't know if they have the parts I'm needing in their warehouse. It's been over a month and I still have no follow up from this company on replacement part for this expensive tub.Terrible customer service and they should be embarrassed at the quality of their employees.

Just the right size for a small area. Deep and just enough room for a 5'8"-6' man.
