What’s the difference between this bag vs the original design?

I'm afraid I don't have a reliable list of features for the older version for making a solid comparison, but this is the feature list for the new version:
*Magnetic closure with cord pull for quick open/close operation
*Roomy main compartment, ergonomically shaped, with gray interior lining for better visibility
*Inside jackpot pocket with Velcro closure to store high value treats or separate any item you want in the main pocket
*Two side pockets with a waste-bag dispenser feature (one side only), fits clickers, small leads and more
*Zippered back compartment is roomy enough for cell phones, keys, credit cards and more
*Belt clip and belt loops allow you to choose multiple ways to wear your pouch
*D-ring attachments let you attach gear with a carabiner, snaps and more
*Roomy front pocket with Velcro closure
*Made of durable 600 denier polyester ("backpack") material
*Machine washable, cool or warm water. Line dry. Do not use bleach. We do not recommend putting these in the dishwasher.

Would a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 fit in this?

Yes it would. I have the Samsung Galaxie 4 and on the back there is a zippered compartment that the phone fits perfectly.

Does this bag flop about if you run with it on? Or is it fairly secure?

Accepted Answer

Fairly secure for me, there are two ways to carry it: waist bag and sling bag. I only tried the waist bag, and this is doing quite well even running, of course, it also depends on the weight of the bag and how tight you adjust the straps, I usually put snacks, 1 ball, keys and poo bags on it, not too heavy so it comes up a bit hop while running, but still acceptable

Do the oils from the treats seep through the bag easily, giving it a greasy appearance like other pouches get?

I use my black one daily, for extended periods (I raise future Dog Guide puppies so have a puppy with me wherever I go) and it hasn’t stained or looked greasy and I have puppy kibble in mine.
