Wrong item sent and what was sent was in very poor condition. Avoid!!!
This was supposed to have been a DT 5 silk fly line with loops. What I got was a DT 3 (that's what the package says) in very poor condition and without loops. The line is mottled and discolored. The darker areas are stiffer than the yellow areas. Not at all as pictured. I will have to pay to ship this back to China and hope I get a refund. Total garbage. Unbelievable.

Use this line with furled thread leader and a martin automatic reel on a vintage orvis rod. The feel is marvelous and shoots and turns over well when dressed properly. Line maintainance is a breeze. Loops on both ends make changing leaders or reversing line easy. I'll never go back to a non silk line. The feel when casting is unique and satisfying.
