I had a severe accident and tore part of my finger off. Fortunately it was only the tip, however recovery has been slow. I started to use these finger covers after my finger grew skin back and the soft gel and compression hurt at first for someone with my type of injury. It helps my finger stay erect but I'm still able to bend it with this cover.The gel does manage to lock in moisture which I guess could be good for different types of injuries.I use these cover to help the swelling on my finger and it feels nice with the gel. You can also cut these to size, they cut very nicely, no mess! I recommend this product.

I have a thyroid condition that causes my nails to split or flake. My thumbnails split and I couldn't protect them from everyday activities so they could grow and heal. This product works perfectly. I can reuse them and the gel inside is a nice cushion to help soften and protect the nail from continued reinjury. I can cut them to my size. Many friends have asked about them. You can use them on toes also if you have issues and a simple gel pad won't stay put to protect.

I received the product as scheduled, which was next day delivery with Prime at no extra cost.I selected this specific product because it was offered in size XL. Based on reviews of other similar products, I felt the item would run small regardless of the company providing the product. I was told to get a size L for my thumb however, the XL was appropriate to allow for swelling that has not diminished since surgery. The product seems to be well made with both a silicone interior and knit exterior. Both characteristics were suggested by PT.I have used the product for 2 days so far. I felt the price was great for 4 caps and this would be a good buy overall. Because the caps are new, they are still tight even after stretching by hand. But tight is good from what I was told by PT.I would recommend this product & manufacturer based on my evaluation to date.

The first set i ordered was amazing and fit great. The second set i ordered is way too small even though it's marked as the same size. It also feels less stretchy. It cut off circulation in my finger. I wish i could get more like the first set i ordered last fall.

I need protection for my fingers when I crochet and this looks like a good option. However, the yarn does not pass over this easily. So I really don’t use it.

We would give the seller/manufacturer Makhry and its finger caps a negative 5 stars if we could. We started purchasing these 3 times for my injured thumb in Jan 2021 all the way to summer this year, and they where great. The XL size had an inner diameter of 1.1” - 1.2” easily and comfortably going onto the thumb (mens size). The last batch in Summer indeed started showing quality problems as the seam at the top came apart quickly after only a few uses.Then in November 2021 we ordered 3 more batches, BUT that’s when the problems started: ALL sizes suddenly were 3/8” smaller, XL was M at best. We reached out to Amazon, and was advised to purchase again after a refund, as this might have been an error. It was NOT. We again received a batch of 3?8” smaller size caps, with only 0.7-0.75” diameter. That fits my pinky and barely my ring finger, but definitely not my thumb. So I reached out to the Chinese manufacturer Makhry - BAD idea, Arrogant excuses and that I should have seen the sizes were the answers. OK here’s my recommendation for you: At least for my part, we don’t need such Chinese company’s and their products here in the U.S. I found a few U.S. company’s making the very same gel caps, where you get the correct size and top notch customers service instead of accusations. I gladly pay double the price for this! Good bye Makhry.

These are a great for the price. My friends fingers were injured at work and she loves how these protect her finger tips while at work.

I am a woman with small fingers and hands. I have a sore knuckle on my fourth finger and my doc tor gave a me similar tube and it worked great. However, These are very small, even though I bought the size large! I won’t get these again.
