Molon Labe (Come and TAKE Them!) Sticker Decal Notebook Car Laptop 8" (White)

Looks great, we ordered enough for both cars at home, and for the laptop, etc. If you're familiar with the application of these types of decals, then I will say it was easy peasy putting them on. But I've read so many reviews of this and other decals, and if you have too, you know that there are a lot of people out there not reading the directions! But, I will also say that a lot of these are shipped with no directions. All I can say for that is, if the you're a "newbie" to applying this type of decal, go to YouTube or even look to the reviews or description of what you bought, and likely, you'll find the directions. I will even help out and tell you how:First, clean the area that the decal will be applied to, but only with water. If the area is really dirty, use a cleaner, then rinse well with water. Let it fully dry!Lay the decal in a smooth surface, with words/design facing up. Using a credit card or similar object, run it firmly across the decal cover, back and forth a few times, as well as up and down.When ready to apply, TURN OVER the decal, and starting at one corner, SLOWLY pull the paper away, AT AN ANGLE, NEVER STRAIGHT ACROSS!! If any letters stick to the paper you're pulling up, carefully lay it back down, and start over. When you've removed the paper, carefully pick up your decal at the corners.Turn over the decal, and, and starting at one side, smooth it onto the cleaned surface, leaving the paper on it. Now, take the credit card and firmly pull across the decal as you did in the beginning.At this point, I usually leave the paper on for about 30 minutes. Then, as you did for the backing paper, start at one corner and SLOWLY pull back across at an angle. If decal sticks to paper, smooth paper back on and repeat the credit card step and try again.I hope this helps. Most of the bad reviews about this type of decal are just plain old operator error. I've even seen decals with the top paper left on, and the person complaining it doesn't look as clear/good as the picture in the description!Have a good one.

*5 YEAR UPDATE AT BOTTOM*Bought this product a couple weeks back, ordered it on a Saturday, received it on Monday through the mail. Only problem was that it came in an envelope that looked like junk mail. Almost ripped it up but luckily decided to open it first. Sticker has been on my Jeep for a couple weeks now. Went on smoothly, no problems (just have to take it nice and slowly when applying it to the window) and have not had any visible wear so far. Already had a few people asking where I got it, was glad to send them to here.**UPDATE** 6/22/2016So I have had this sticker on the back window of my vehicle now for about 3 years and it is still holding up great! Held up against snow, rain, freezing temps and 100+ degree F weather, scraping ice off the window, all of that fun stuff. Holding on as if I put it on just yesterday.*5 YEAR UPDATE*So I am sad to report that one month prior to the 5 year date, I was involved in a head-on collision that totaled my vehicle. As for the sticker, it is still undamaged and staying firm on the rear window of my vehicle as it is probably sitting in some junkyard. So I can officially say that this sticker outlived the Jeep it was put on! Guess that means I will have to get a new sticker ordered when I get another vehicle.

This sticker is tricky to apply. Because the small edges of the vinyl are the part you need to watch on these stickers. This sticker is all single letters, so naturally you have a lot of edges to watch and make sure you peel off correctly, then laying it down you have to be sure about where you put it before it touches the subject you're placing it on. There's no second chances with this stuff. It's a one shot deal. It's not rocket science, but you do need to be confident about what you're doing and figure out where it's going, how it's lining up, what to base your centering off of, etc. if you want it to look neat before you try to just stab it on something.That said. I'm not a pro at anything. Just installed a few vinyl decals before. And tried to take my time. Took all of 2 minutes still. And mine centered pretty well. Put it below my cargo light on my truck, on the window.Also I chose this sticker.... Because gun people know what it means. But the layman, or stupid punk kids don't. It supports the gun movement without putting "There are lots of guns in my house" directly out in plain English.

So far so good. I soaked my sticker in a dish soap and water mixture before applying. Makes it possible to slide decal around for last-minute tweaks, and to correct misalignment before permanently adhering it to the window. This worked well, even though there are some rather thin lines in parts of this decal. Adhesive appears unaffected by my "dish soap trick" - - JUST REMEMBER to let it completely dry before taking the final backing off! Otherwise, the soap could let parts of the decal "slip", and mess up your application. (I chose to let mine sit overnight before I removed the final backing.)

I've ordered one of these decals a few years ago and it was perfect, matched the listing illustration. That one was ordered from the seller "StickARoo". The quality was perfect, matched dimensions and came with clean edges etc.I just received a new one for my truck from the seller "alextechstore" and it's completely different and I'm disappointed with it. I've attached a photo of the one I received from "alextechstore". The height of the lettering is 1.25" and this listing states the product dimension should be 1" height. The letters are skinny, too tall and appears to be squished. The edges appear as if someone attempted to cut the letters out by hand. I've contacted the seller and hope to get a replacement or refund. I will be updating my review as well as leaving seller reviews.I would have left a 5 star review (from StickARoo) if I hadn't ordered the 2nd one from alextechstore. I'm leaving a 3 star review since I only ordered 2, and so far (for me) it's a 50/50 chance your going to get one that is the correct spec.
