I have two dogs and the pet silencer works for a few days then the dogs ignore it. I wait for a few days and they pay attention again for a while. If you have only one dog it might work better but if only one dog is barking and you blow the whistler the other dog does not know why you are making the noise, I think that might be why the ignore it after a while.

Works for two of my three dogs. The springer spaniel puppy pays no attention whatsoever. The terriers respond.

The end fell off right away and got lost. Never even had a chance to use it.

Purchased to help with puppy but the noise is loud even at the lowest setting not worth the $5.99 I paid with a code and plus the free gift of a collapsible bowl is a joke they claim value at $12.99 when the bowl is about 6 inches in diameter if that and can't even feed my 6 month old pitbull water out of this maybe would work best for a tiny dog.

I have a Maltese and it would be the understatement of the world to say that she barks a lot. Well, this came with some free ebooks which were really quite helpful! I read a little bit of this one and a little bit of that one and came up with an understanding of how to use this product for best results.
