I bought a batch of these Plywood pieces, and another batch from a popular wood store. These came in as a perfect fit for my Laser workspace, nicely cut, and perfectly flat.The other brand came in a slightly larger size so I could feed in and cut larger sizes with multiple passes. Those pieces however came in with a noticeable warp, rough edges, and a label that was not easily removed on every single sheet. Needless to say Woodpeckers is my go-to for plywood now. I have used them frequently in the past for creating Montessori materials from their worked pieces such as their spheres, cubes beads and caps. Thier product is high quality at great prices

I have bought many products from woodpeckers, they have great products! This is where I get my wood from for many projects. They have outstanding products and prices are good. I get straight boards from them they always cut well and they are heavy duty. Nice and dry. I highly recommend this product and this company! They never disappoint!

We bought this to make a control board of sorts as a toy for son's birthday. Pleasantly surprised to see it packaged with its own Woodpeckers box inside a bigger Amazon box. Out of the 6 pieces in the package, I selected 2 that has the most similar grain patterns. There is some noticeable warpage but it is expected with planar raw material. Since I did not need to use the full 24", I just cut where the surface is flatter and tamed it some more with trigger clamps. The surface is pretty strong as it did not dent due to the force of the clamp (rubber padded).Sanded down with 1000 then 1500. Very smooth.

I have ordered this product multiple times over the last year-and with the rating B/BB, i expect a few flaws here and there, maybe a patch on some sheets. This last bundle, 8 of the 20 sheets have a patch-and it's a strange patch, not the normal oval. The remainder of the 20 all had what looked like grease stained into the wood. I make small items with this wood to sell. I am actually shocked, because the quality has normally been fairly good-but this was awful. It seemed like someone grabbed all the really awful pieces and made a box out of them, and sold as normal. Shame!! I looked for a way to contact seller-but was unable to locate one, so am putting in review. Hopefully it is seen by the company. I had just ordered another box before i opened this one, so I hope it will be the better quality that i've come to know. If not, you can keep it.

-What I liked: Overall this is a high quality product. The wood seems to be crack-free and knot-free. There is a nice wood grain appearance on it and all the pieces have a uniform color. The thickness of each piece is consistent and was as labelled (1/8"). The sides are also nice and straight, and it is a perfect rectangle matching the 12" x 24" dimensions.-What I didn't like: The only complaint I have is that two of six sheets were somewhat warped in the middle (see attached photo). This is probably not enough of a problem to be an issue for most people. For people like me who want to use it for laser cutting however, this can make a huge difference.-Seller Feedback: Woodpeckers sent me several emails telling me when it shipped and asking for feedback upon arrival. It was really great of customer service to reach out in this way and manage product quality. They seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction.I will note that I did not contact them for a replacement since I think I can at least fix the warps myself. In their emails Woodpeckers did say that they would offer refunds and replacements if the product does not meet expectations, and, for what it's worth, I believe them. I also do not blame them for the wood warping, as it is thin plywood which can very easily warp in the changing conditions of shipping (e.g. big temperature variations). I would give 4.5 stars if I could.I will try this product out on the laser cutters soon. If it works well I will definitely order more in the future.

I am very pleased with the quality of this plywood. I am laser cutting detailed parts and results using this wood have been very consistent. I have had two major problems with plywood from other sources. First, significant warping makes the focal depth uneven and leads to scorching or failed cuts. Second, inclusions of denser material in the inner plys cause patchy cutting. I have had neither of those problems with this wood. The pieces are consistently sized, sit nice and flat in the laser bed, and cut cleanly without any problem areas. The product description stated that back side had occasional patched areas, but even that side is fine for anything with a painted finish.

I was purchasing at craft stores and found this wood to be better priced and great quality. A word on warping.....wood is going to warp as it absorbs and expels moisture. I warped board can be unwarped in most instances. As with bringing wood flooring or wall paneling home from the lumbar stores, it is highly recommended to store the wood in the environment its going to be used for 24-48 hours prior to use. This allows the wood to adapt to the moisture environment. As with this wood and only being .12" thick, this is just as critical. I keep two boxes on hand and when I'm down to one, I reorder. When that second box arrives, I remove the stack of wood from the box, place it on a hard surface and place heavy items on top of the stack for at least 48 hours to unwarp and flatten. This may not solve all warping, but I have done this countless times and it has been very successful. - Jeff - Pacific Northwest Handicrafts - Etsy

Sheets had a bit of a bow.

These are good. Fairly flat, and cut well using Glowforge Medium Basswood Plywood settings.

Product cuts ok with my laser but has bows and warps. It is not nice and flat.
