Ordered TWICE and TWICE came with no cap, unusable ans expensive despite is a good product

Attractive, no drip, wish it had a cover
Attractive pitcher keeps cold drinks cold or hot drinks hot. No dripping at the spout. I wish it had a cover, but I have a lid from another bottle that does the trick.

No lid! Picture shows one. You have to ask Swell to send it
My carafe came without a lid even though one shows in the picture. I contacted Swell and they are sending one. They said - You’ll be happy to know your replacement order SWEFOC008588 has been created for the carafe lid. Contact them. Much better product with the lid.

I got this for my dad for the holidays due to the fact that all his old decanters for tea have broken (they were glass). He really likes this one, and it was the perfect size to put in a tea infuser!

Worth the money.
If there is ice water leftover from dinner, there is still ice in it in the morning. No condensation, long lasting chill, a perfect size for a family. I love this carafe. I've already bought a second and I'm thinking I've found my Christmas gifts for next year!
