Biopocket Organic Soft & Dried Dark Sweet Cherries, 2 x 170 g

Lovely dried cherries - easy to store and add to cereals, etc. Cook up well with dried apricots or any fruit.

It’s not always consistent, sometimesthe cherries are one big lump!It hasn’t put me off I buy them again.

They are tasty and high quality and I've not found any with stones in yet, but a few things to be aware of are:- these are very sweet due to "organic apple juice concentrate" being added (basically lots of fructose) so the sugar content is actually quite high at 65% even though dried cherries should be around 45% sugar on their own. Personally I find them a tiny bit too sweet and I was hoping for something to compliment the chocolate in some brownies.- the pack states fat content = 0% though one of the ingredients is sunflower oil, so even if it's less than 1% it should say <1% or something but I guess different places have different packaging rules.

Tasty. Use in cereal, porridge, baking or just grab a handful!

Really liked these but can’t justify buying them again at just under £10 for 375g, given significantly cheaper alternatives are available of similar quality

So happy to have found these - so much bigger and juicier than other brands I've tried and just the right balance of sour and sweet. Really delighted

I thought they were really flavoursome. I used them on my breakfast cereal. The only part I disliked was that they had put too much sweetener and that made them very sticky.

Made a pie using these with a small amount of hot water then mash them slightly . It was absolutely deliciouse with cream. the Filo pastry was crisp and the filling was smooth and very tasty
