Small Little Girl's Shoulder Strap Elegant Toy Tote Purse by Handmade Mexico

We bought the little girl's light pink crossbody bag. It's soft and flexible for little hands & the perfect size for our 5-yr old grand-daughter. However, based on the handbag's reviews & pictures, we were really disappointed to find it SO carelessly put together! There were 3 small, dark (very noticeable on a small, lt. pink bag!) spots where the thread was sewn along the top-front edge of the purse band... which turned out to be sewing-machine needle holes made from using the wrong size needle, leaving unusually lge. permanent holes in the synthetic leather. In addition, the bag's front & back panels were not lined up before sewing, which left ~1/4" too much material on one side of the top-back band where the straps attach.Our grand-daughter's birthday is the day after next; it's too late to return the bag for another; but even if we could exchange it, at this point I think we'd likely end up with another poorly-made, messy-looking bag.

My 6 year old niece LOVES this purse, it fits perfect as a small cross-body bag!

The Handmade Mexico Teen Girl's Shoulder Strap Tote is made with nice quality Synthetic leather I got mine in pink. To clean this tote use a damp cloth, the inside of the purse is made with Polyamide, good stitching inside and out made strong to hold, this tote is made to last it isn't going to fall apart on you after few uses. This fits great I think for little ones age 4 and up because it isn't really big honestly but it nice and small for simple uses of little things. I would even say if an adult wanted a nice little quality tote to use for holding money, a little make up with there info cards to take out on the go, this tote is great for that. The tote is lightweight and has a nice long strap for carrying on your shoulder really a good quality tote feels like the real good quality brand totes and purses but made in a mini form. Good zipper to close shut which I like better than a simple button to hold shut because usually they come undone. It's about a little over 5 1/2 inch in height without measuring from straps and about 5 1/2 inch long also and a little over 2 inch thick, so mini but depends on what your looking for or how big you want it. Overall this tote is great to hold small things and made with good quality fabric. I got this "Little Girl's Shoulder Strap Elegant Toy Tote Purse by Handmade Mexico" for my nieces 12th birthday. She loves it! I explained to her that she is a big girl now and I wanted to get her a big girls gift. She was so thrilled when she opened her gift. I showed her how to wear it across her body and adjusted the straps. She feels like a grown up now. I couldn't be happier with this purse. I actually thought of keeping it myself to use during those shopping trips. Its actually big enough to hold your cell and a small wallet with your shopping cards. These purses are so pretty. The colors are so vibrant. I got her the blue one. That was the hardest decision about getting this purse. All the colors are beautiful and very impressive. Its so nice to see that companies are catering to young girls in a more respectable way so they can be little ladies as I like to call them. These purses are made of faux leather. They feel soft and luxurious to the touch just like real leather feels to me. The shoulder strap allows the purse to hang at your side or you simply adjust it to be worn across the body. This is THE CUTEST LITTLE PURSE EVER!!!!!! While it is advertised as a purse for a teen girl, the person who uses this in my house is my 3 year old daughter. It's a beautiful pastel pink color and the shoulder strap length from middle to pouch is 22 inches long, the actual pouch size is 5 inch tall x 5 inch wide x 2 inch thickness. It is in fact too long for my 3 year old daughter but we knotted it about 2 inches down and she wears it cross body. As you can see in the pictures below, it fits her just right after being knotted. The pouch itself is big enough for her to throw a few of her Peppa Pig Figurines and her random crayons. Not only does my daughter love this purse, but I do too!
