Very pleased

We bought Greenland Home Polka Dot Stripe Quilt Set in size Twin for our 5,5 years old daughter, who recently moved to her first twin bed. I think, this is the great design for elementary age kids, who outgrow their nursery design linen. This is not real "quilt technic", it made of 1 piece of fabric, printed in quilt style. Great design, not neon bright colors, scalloped edges on the shorter sides. The quilt is not very thick, made of cotton, with very thin layer of batting - which works great for us, we need quilt to make the bed (we live in WA and have to use thick comforters in winter, for summer we can use this quilt with sheet). I agree with previous reviewers, if you have rather high twin bed standing in the middle of the room, you may want to buy bigger size to make sure quilt hits the floor from the both sides. But for our Ikea Hemnes twin bed (pushed to the wall) twin size works just right. The item came in plastic bag with zipper, package was not damaged. I didn't notice any smell or dirt on the product, but found several threads popping from the quilt (not critical, looks like remains from the production process - we just pulled them out without any damage to the quilt). We washed quilt and pillow case before using - no damage after washing and dryer machine. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, especially in terms of the price/quality ratio.

So I have bought this quilt set in January 2017, and I have been using it daily till today January 2022. I wash it twice a month sometimes more, and it still looks the same the day we bought it. It brightens my kids room, it’s my favorite quilt in the house, it’s beautiful, girly and fits in the contemporary decor well. I’m happy to give it 10 stars.

This is an inexpensive bedspread. I'm sure there's some technical way you can call this a quilt, since it's cloth that has a printed pattern on it then has lines bunted into it, but it's not the standard scraps of material type quilt. I knew that when I bought it.I like that it's a bit stiff, and I think it'll loose up after it's washed and used more, but I've had it on my bed a few months and washed it a few times. The shams are stupid jokes. They don't fit any of my pillows properly, and with the ties being right where your head rests on the backside (the reversible side that's got butterflies and flowers instead ofthe side with stripes and dots), you can't actually use the shams when the bedspread is reversed. If the shams hadn't been so stupidly built where you tie the bows in the middle of the sham, I'd have happily given this five stars.The quality is decent. It's not going to last forever, but I believe it will last several years before being relegated to the outdoor blanket bin. Then again, I'm an adult woman. I have no idea how long this would stand up to the abuse I gave my blankets as a kid.I never did find where that cool butterfly pillow is being sold.

Love, love, love this set! I've read many reviews about this set being bought for children but I bought this for myself and I'm an adult of many years...I won't say how MANY years, tho! 😊 I love the pastel colors, except for the green strip, I'm not partial to this particular color of green, but a pastel purple would've been my choice if it was offered, that said, this quilt is gorgeous! It's lightweight & soft, just like I hoped it would be and I didn't want a heavy quilt...I have homemade ones for that and upon seeing this set, I knew that it would be so much easier and cost efficient for me to order instead of making one of my own and I'm so glad that I bought it! It's wonderful!I bought the Twin size so I could keep it on my couch to cover up with while sewing or watching tv and its serving those purposes well and I could not ask for a better size that's perfect to have laying on the back of my couch folded up. Like I said before...I LOVE this quilt and the sham that came with it! I have a throw pillow that fits it perfectly! This is truly a lovely set. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase! We recently moved my three year old daughter to a big girl room with a full size bed. We painted her walls purple and she wanted pink bedding. I picked out this bedding and another from a store that was pink and green. After trying both out and given the option, she picked this one to keep. This one was mine and my husband’s favorite too. With the variety of colors, it goes very well with her purple walls and is easy to match sheets to. She also loves to sleep with covers, and with it being so light, I don't have to worry too much about her over heating under it. She may or may not need an extra blanket in the winter - not sure yet. I also love how this isn’t toddlerish and she will be able to use it for a long time. It is nice that it is reversible too, if you are looking for a change every once in a while. The pillow shams, however, are not reversible, but they still match moth sides of the quilt. Overall, it looks very nice and seems to be very good quality.

I was hesitant to buy a comforter set (for only $70!) online. I thought for sure that I was going to end up returning it. After getting a bedding set (on sale) at Pottery Barn for one of my daughters while my mother in law generously spent $500 on a new bedding set for my son at pottery barn, I still had my twin daughters to get a new bedding set for without breaking the bank. I searched EVERYWHERE, and didn't find anything that I liked. When I found this I loved the sweet colors, PolkaDots, and thought it was girly enough for now, but that they could easily use it into their teenage years. It's been 7 months and I just love this set. It is very soft & light enough to use in summer & still warm enough in winter, although I think we used a nice blanket under for colder nights. My girls both have beds with pink padded headboards & they have light green walls, this comforter set picks up all the colors perfectly. I also love that there are 2 shams included in the set. It also has held up well with washings We would definitely recommend this set to anyone with a young girl!

Color was as we were expecting based on the photos provided. Stitching all seems solid. Was hoping it would be slightly heavier - it’s fairly light, more like a bedspread rather than a full on quilt. But for the price we were happy with the product. Bought two as gifts and both arrived in good condition and were nice and soft after a wash. Both recipients were very happy.

I am very impressed with the quality of this quilt set. It's been on my daughter's bed for a couple of years now and it is still in excellent condition. I always hang it to dry after washing, and the cotton has stayed crisp and bright, while remaining soft. There are no smelly or stiff dyes in this quilt, and it's lovely. I will be replacing it soon (with another Greenland Home product), just for a change, but it will be passed on to someone else, who I'm sure will enjoy it as much as we do. I paired this with a ruffled Greenland Home bed skirt, and it was perfect.

Perfect fit for our daughters’ twin bed. It’s 100% cotton which is very difficult to find. She has sensitive skin and eczema so the natural material helps keep her comfortable. It’s not too heavy like a duvet but retains enough heat. Colours are also beautiful and the style will grow with her until she’s at least 10 yrs old.

This is a really nice cotton quilt set. It's not heavy so perfect for summer but wouldn't be warm enough in the winter. The colours are lovely. I wish there were matching pieces like drapes and cushions but there aren't so I'm buying a duplicate and making the pieces I want. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. I have a double bed but purchased the queen size for the extra length.The duplicate set was just as nice. Very happy with my purchases !

Exactly as picture showed. Color, fit and material is very good. Happy with it.
