I tried same meficine with other brands and find that it is less pungent. Sometime recently I found some minor sedementation in another brand then started using this and find quality standards to be good overall. since it is medicine efficacy depends on person to person and i can't comment on that issue. But packing and standards are good quality.

First I ordered this in May. It was excellent. Again I ordered two bottles in September. This time it is totally different. Seems like it isn't fermented. Tastes as very dilute sugar syrup. I won't buy again. Edit after one month: After keeping for one month, I tried again and now the taste has improved a lot. So increasing stars from 1 to 4.
