The plug didn't seem to go all the way into the hole but to be honest I can't remember if the original plug did. I do know it takes about two days to fully charge when the DieHard dies completely. The cord was lost in a house fire and needed to be replaced. So for now... it is working. I plugged in my DieHard on Monday evening around 5 pm and as of 8 am Wed. morning it was at an 88% charge. I am expecting that it will be at a full charge by 5 pm this evening. :)

Performs as designed

The item was described accurately and delivered on time. I returned this power supply because it was no longer needed. I decided to purchase new NiMH batteries and a new charger rather than use the old NiCad ones that came with a power tool set and fix the old charger. This power supply is a good value for the money so I would recommend it to others.

Product was the right item to charge my emergency car battery jumper/starter. Arrived as advertised-the next day.

I didn't see the slow charging that others reported, mine would reliably charge my jump pack overnight. I bought my charger in August of 2020, only used it occasionally. Recently it's been left on the jump pack for about a week straight. Then I used it to air up a tire, and as soon as I plugged the charger back in, SNAP CRACKLE POP and then that all-too-familiar electrical burning smell. Time to try the Bose charger I guess....

I bought it for my Bose Sound Link 2 to replace the lost power cable. It's my first time buying a non Bose product for a Bose application. It works very well. Strongly recommend

My original OEM adapter failed and this was an inexpensive alternative and saved me throwing out the whole unit.
