MediCordz Single Head Harness

The item arrived today and right off the bat there's a problem: it's a ghastly, loud, bright green color; think shamrocks on St. Patrick's Day. The picture on the amazon page is gray and nowhere in the product description does it say there are alternative colors. I had been hoping to use this at the gym, but it's already an absurd looking contraption even without gaudy colors drawing attention to it. I would have bought something else if I had known

Tried another brand, but it wouldn't stay on with 5 lbs. This stays on fairly well. This is light weight, so I put small bungees on the weight connections to act as shock absorbers for the plastic connectors. If you are looking to use heavy weights, get a head harness that only utilizes connections on the sides of the head... and use both connections at once. So if you are wanting to exercise your neck with light wgts on all four sides, then this is the one.

I measured my head which indicated size large in the chart. I could not get it adjusted right. Tried everything but it just wouldn't work for me. Up to 10 lb was ok but I use 25 to 45 lbs for extension and flexion and it won't stay on at that weight. I'm back to laying down on a bench and putting a towel and plate on my forehead.

What maims the 2 stars from this product is; first the plastic grips which would crack on serious flex pull(my experience).Second is the Velcro strap underneath,which might need a second reinforcement(or a lone new type of "lock in" grip) as it unleashes some times.Third, is it might benefit strongly from a second tailored unified strap, running across from the top, in front of the ears, by the side of the face, securing the frontal reinforcements. While the former is tailored and pushed back to secure the rear side of the head.

Much better than the old school harness that trains you in only one direction.

I like this product, I was worried that some other members saying it wasn't made very well would cause it to fall apart or rip. I have used it now quite a bit for 3 months and it is holding up very well and I am able to do neck exercises on a cable that I would not be able to otherwise. I would recommend this.

This product is trash. I missed my 30 return because I just now used it only to realize the quality is laughable. Fitment is uneven, straps don’t stay and if you somehow manage to secure the Velcro the headgear will strangle you through the whole set. DON’T BUY

Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Perfect to attach to cable machine.
