I just found out that cocoa powder is really high in nickel content because of the refinery process. Is this cocoa powder high in nickel? Thanks !

No, our Cacao Powder is not raw. The beans are briefly roasted for flavor development and food safety purposes. While the exact processing details are proprietary, we are happy to report that it is gentle enough to preserve the valuable flavanols and other polyphenols that help made cacao the superfood it is!
