Perfect sauté Pan
Great design, built for commercial application, so should stand up to domestic use.

Good pan but damaged my hob
The pan works well, however while I was using it for the first time (after washing it - as per instructions) I noticed a scratching noise that sounded really strange, like something I'd never heard before. After I was done cooking I noticed that both the pan and my hob were now scratched pretty badly. The pan is compatible with this type of hob and considering the level of scratching on the pan a bit of metal must have come loose (perhaps from the engraving or the edges of the base left over from shaping the metal?) and caught in between the two surfaces - causing the scratches. Not sure what to do now as I don't really want to use the pan again if its going to continue to scratch my hob.

Als nicht nur die Pfanne ist Top ! Der Kundenservice sehr gut !
Wir haben die Pfanne jetzt seit einem Jahr im Gebrauch und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wärme wird sehr gut verteilt. Die Wärme wird sehr gut verteilt. Die Verarbeitung sowie die Haptik machen einen sehr wertigen Eindruck . Der Service ist einfach perfekt. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung

Déçue
Entièrement satisfaite au début, cuisson impeccable. Mais en presque 2 ans et malgré en avoir pris grand soin, jamais de lave vaisselle et jamais d'ustensiles en métal, tout le revêtement intérieur part en pellicule. Je ne peux plus m'en servir pour la santé. Très déçue.

Tolle Pfanne, schwer, aber nicht zu schwer.
Die Pfanne kam heute unversehrt bei mir an. Benutzt habe ich sie auf die Schnelle noch nicht. Dennoch gebe ich ihr schon für Alles, volle 5 Sterne, weil ich sicher bin, dass ich mit ihr sehr zufrieden sein werde. Das schreibe ich, weil ich schon einmal solch eine hochwertige Pfanne hatte. Ich habe mir aber schon mal die "Gebrauchsanleitung" durchgelesen und dabei herzhaft lachen müssen. Auf der Banderole dieser Pfanne stand tatsächlich, dass sie gut gegen Einbrecher ist...!!! Herrlich!!!

Revêtement fragile
Après un an d’utilisation le revêtement anti adhésif se décolle alors que je n’utilise que des ustensiles en bois ou plastique et nettoyage éponge ou brosse , dommage car son épaisseur permettait une bonne répartition de la chaleur et son manche amovible est solide et pratique
