Buyer Beware!
This is my first review ever but I wanted to let prospective buyers out there know what I just found out...I've had this bike for 2 months now. Maybe 20 hours or so of riding time - only on streets and pathways.I took it in to a shop today just to have them take a look and make sure everything is tight and safe.I wasn't prepared for their diagnosis!Taking this straight from the work order:"The brakes are working as well as a brake of this quality is capable of. Things were not machined well and do not line up, so they will always rub a little."The fork is making a loud clunk and has excessive flex back to front. The bike is safe for cruising around town but DO NOT RIDE this on mountain bike trails."He used the phrase 'catastrophic failure' potential' when I asked about what may happen on mountain trails. So there you go, a $1,700 mountain bike you can not ride on trails!I will say, I have enjoyed riding this on the streets but I a mountain bike that can't go in the mountains??!!Catastrophic Failure after 20 hours??This is most disappointing!

There is no rear suspension as the ad reads ( they fixed it AFTER I complained )
Received this bike in a box with no instructions but to look at a video for assembly instructions. The video had many differences from my actual product so I took the bike to a local bike shop for assembly. When I got it back I noticed there was no REAR suspension. All of the above took time and after asking to return in over 20 emails they said it was assembled and therefore no longer a new bike but it was now a used bike and refused to take it back. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and bass this seller by.

It's FAST!
I have a Walkie electric and this smoked me on a flat run my wife got to 28 mph.It rides like a old fashioned beach cruiser 80-90's style but it packs a punch on the peddle assist.Came well packed and easy assembly. One tool you might want for the myriad of hex bolts and small parts is a good bike tool.(Topeak Alien II Multi Tool) real life saver if you have a break or bike issue on the road.

It's fun for an entry level ebike
So far this bike has been fun. It is not a trail bike, but it is fine for commuting on gravel and paved roads. It has plenty of power to assist you up hills. On flat surfaces it is quick with full throttle mode. . There were some missing screws on the headlight but I was able to find some screws that I had to replace the missing ones. I have been riding mountain bikes my entire life and pushing 50 with two surgically repaired knees the pedal assist makes the uphill grind less painful the next day. I have never considered an ebike but have been pleased with it. I know there are several models in this price range and would have liked to have compared them in person to make a choice. However, this bike is OK overall if you are not looking to ride aggressive trails or are expecting a high end bike.

Although there were a couple of issues initially (front tire came flat w/ bad inner tube) the company was very responsive and sent a new inner tube immediately. I'm 74 years old and having the time of my life w/ this bike! I can go for long distances with using as much or as little effort as I like. The bike handles great and can reach some impressive speeds. I tried the Pedigo bikes and this is as good or better at 1/2 the price. Highly recommended.....S. Pfister

Good Value
WOW! The only thing I didn't like about the bike was the peddles. My feet would slip off, so I ordered a better pair and the bike is a blast to ride. The 5 different levels of peddle assist can get you anywhere you want to go. The bike is very tall and being around 5'10 I am having to lean the bike over some to mount. Speed is not a problem and coasting seems to be super with this setup. Battery is really holding up to 50 miles per charge. This is fun and works my legs better then walking.
