Thank you! What a difference!
I bought this cushion on a friend's recommendation as a last resort and I am truly delighted at the comfort, the support and the difference this cushion has made to me. Within a couple of days I was no longer crouching with pain in my groin when getting up from my chair and the pain caused by involuntary muscle spasm in my lower back was easing!I have a problem back (30 cm metal rod following scoliosis operation 40 years ago, a slipped disk in the past and periodic sciatica flare ups) and I sit a lot for my job -i am a translater/interpreter. I have always sat on a wedge cushion to help posture and the angle between knees and bottom but the latest back problem - the extensive muscle spasm and groin pain) was not being helped by the many different cushions I tried and bought.I highly recommend this cushion. Firm but soft, if that makes sense, ergonomically it is perfect, fitting the thighs and buttock area, and the cut out at the back is perfect for a sore spine....Thank you green physio!

Eliminated destructive pain
When working from home I found I was sat on my chair more than when in the office. Virtual meetings meant I didn't leave my seat, distance to grab a coffee and other amenities were a lot closer which also meant I was planted on my posterior more than usual. I began to notice a dull feeling along with some pain at the bottom of my coccyx so decided to try out one of these cushions. There is a lot of choice on Amazon but I was drawn to this because of the favourable reviews and the product looked good quality. The item arrived on Friday afternoon so I only had an hour of use and thought I wasted my money. How wrong I was, the following week I noticed the benefit after the first day. No longer did I have pain and that dull feeling. There is no doubt that pain is never a good sign so if I continued to experience pain I must have been doing some damage, albeit slowly but destructive nevertheless. Since using the cushion the pain has stopped therefore I can only see that as a positive sign. I have been using the cushion for a couple of months now so this isn't a temporary remedy and isn't a placebo! Now all I need is a cure for a pain in the backside but I can't afford a nanny! If you found this review helpful please press the button below.

Really good fit for me. Stable, non slip and very effective.
I did add another normal cushion behind my back for more support but only specific to me as it adds more support. This cushion does what it says it will do very well!

Too hard
I find the pillow hard, especially where the legs rest on the edges,I can't sit on it for long, I will probably return it.its well made but I don't think it brings me any relief as it's to hard

Very comfortable.
I bought this cushion after having a baby. I had a bruised coccyx from the birth & have now spent a lot of time sat around feeding & the pain in my lower back & coccyx was becoming a real problem. This cushion has really helped to alleviate that pain & discomfort. I use it on the sofa & for sitting up in bed. It is very comfortable & i’m really glad i bought it.

Funny smell..
I’ve only got it today and seems fine but for some reason smells like mould? It doesn’t look like it’s water damaged so I don’t know if it’s just the foam? I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this. I’m going to have to try and air it out or spray something on it..
