Champion Women's Absolute Workout Capri Legging

Shopping for capris to work out in can be difficult enough, but when you're doing it online it can be 10 times harder so I'm going to try to make it a bit easier for everyone and give as much detail as I can.I love these capris because they have a nice wide waistband that doesn't cause any muffin top or embarrassing love handles to squeeze over the edges. I'm only 5'5" and 108 lbs but after giving birth 3 times that extra bit of loose skin can sometimes get squeezed up and out of some cheaply made leggings, leaving me trying to hide it under baggy t-shirts that never does the job. That is not a problem with these capris. The waist band holds everything nicely in place, is super comfortable and moves with you during every twist and stretch of a Vinyasa class.The support in the hips and thighs is consistent and I must say, I appreciate the extra little lift in the rear end. Now on to the part that makes them capris. So many brands cut off at the knee squeezing right below knee cap making yoga, walking, jogging and cycling very uncomfortable almost as soon as you start the exercise. Not these. They come well below the knees, a few inches onto the calves (although you can pull them up without them bunching) and they do not squeeze tightly or pinch. While they are not loose by any means I can still easily get two fingers under the fabric without pulling and when I remove them the fabric goes right back in place. I feel snuggly supported all over, like nothing is jiggling when I run, yet not squeezed in like a sausage. I know some reviewers are saying they are washing their's on the gentle cycle but I just throw mine in with the regular laundry and there are no signs of wear after washing several times a week for about 6 weeks. And the colors are just as vibrant...no graying of the white areas. My housemates are constantly "borrowing" them for a Bikram class and I find them in the dirty laundry pile on the day I plan on going to Vinyasa so they get washed in with a full load of jeans and regular clothes and thrown in the dryer on high heat and look exactly like they did the day they arrived in the mail. No fraying seams or loose threads. However it is time to buy some new ones just to make sure there are extra clean ones on hand when I'm ready to grab a pair and go. So, I definitely recommend these as a great addition to your athletic wardrobe.

I am very pleased with these pants. I am 5'4" 130 lbs and bought a med, fits perfectly. Very sweat-wicking fabric which holds up well at the gym (I do cycle and cross training). Also the pants stay put through a lot of movement and don't fall down or ride up like so many others do.

These run way big! I am a size 8 so I ordered a large thinking they have spandex in them, they should fit ok. When they arrived I tried them on and they were a little loose but not bad. I washed them before I wore them for a work out and when I put them back on after a wash they lost all form. They were so baggy they were uncomfortable. Thankfully I was just walking the dogs when I had them on and not running or at the gym! I immediately came home and took them off. Unfortunately since I already washed them and threw out the tags I can't send them back. They will be going in the donation pile. Also the material is not like any other workout pant I have ever worn. Apparently there is more spandex in the material than I am used too. They were not comfortable against my skin.

These are seriously great. I have several pair now. They fit perfectly, make my butt & legs look great, and they don't show sweat from my workout. They are so comfortable and I prefer NOT to have my thighs touching the seats of the machines at the gym (I know, I have some weird OCD/germ issues) so these are perfect!These are slightly higher waisted, you can tell from the pic, which is nice too, because I'm in my 30's, I don't need my panties or butt hanging out when I'm squatting at the gym. Just keeping it classy, you know.The pants are also constructed well and don't look or feel cheap. You don't have to worry about the material stretching and thinning so er'body can see your under-roos. The material is opaque/solid even when stretched.Get them, you will not be disappointed!

I purchased an XL to be on the safe side. (I hate it when people say what size they bought but not their weight--I'm about 150 and average height). They are too large; they slip a little and they aren't tight to my knees/upper calves. But, I love the color, so I wear them to bed and around the house. I will probably order them again, next time in large. Note: they are somewhat thin (I'm used to ON), and although they are smoothing, I will probably wear them with longer shirts to help cover up my tummy. P.S., "Tripping purple" is gorgeous.

These didn't even make it to the first wash, and like a fool, I waited too long to return them and the return window expired.The Good: They fit fairly well and aren't transparent. I like the length. The waistband doesn't roll.The Bad: They ride down in the back so you'll be pulling them up a lot. A seam unraveled on the second wearing, and by second wearing, I mean I wore them for a couple of hours on two different days. Took a half hour walk, wore them around the house. Didn't even do anything strenuous.I would not buy these again.

I am SO picky when it comes to clothes. I searched through hundreds of running pants before deciding to buy these. The pictures really don't do these pants justice. I picked them pretty much because they got the best reviews of any pants I had looked at. I was surprised that they have a high waistband (something I didn't notice in the picture) but that isn't a deal breaker for me. Just wanted to point it out because some people don't like that. Anyways, I really like these pants. I couldn't be happier with them. They are a soft but durable material. Perfect for running! I am thrilled to have some running pants I actually like! I have owned a few over the years that I didn't like nearly as much. You will not regret this purchase! And did I mention how freaking affordable they are?! I paid 3 times the price for my yoga pants! LOL Buy these pants! You will love them!

I'd been browsing on Amazon for good workout capris for hours, and eventually decided on these. The fabric is smooth, comfortable and vibrant, and I'm very pleased with them. The seams in the crotch area are well thought out (diamond shaped), and you're not going to get a wedgie. One concern I have is that they don't really stay up properly during vigorous exercise. The capris provide a comfortably snug fit, and they're more than decent for walking, doing yoga, pilates, or other low-impact exercises. But they do have the tendency to slip down a wee bit (not too much, but often enough that I have to regularly engage in 'maintenance tugs') while I'm doing HIIT workouts.It doesn't bother me enough to avoid wearing these for intensive workouts, but I know I would love them that much more if they'd just stay put. I could also just be too used to drawstring workout capris that simply do not budge, but do keep potential slippage in mind when determining your purchase.

These pants are accurately described, fit comfortably, and priced well. Definitely a good buy -- I will likely buy another pair when these wear out and would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable workout wear.

I love these pants. I am 150cm (5 feet), and 51kg (112 pounds), and I ordered the medium. I love the fit, and the feel of the material. It's perfect. I knew when I bought it that it came without pockets and that's fine, but I just want to say that I would so buy 10 more of these if only they had secure pockets with zippers. I have different pair with zipper pockets but the material feel isn't as smooth like this one.

These were great quality and I've always liked the Champion brand. The sizing seemed off and larger than expected. Have to a friend and she likes them, having encountered no issues with quality or style.

comfy workout pants, but waist band rolls down with movement. sadly not as good as the other champion leggings i was hoping to replace.

Nice workout pants for a low price!!!! These are comfy, stay in place and I'm really happy with them.

got a lot of compliments!! I just dont like the underneath white layer...once you workout or stretch you can kinda see it and it looks shiny. Otherwise i love them!

I don't know what the previous reviewer mean't about not liking the white material underneath, there isn't any on these. They are a very good quality and look like they will last for years. I usually wear a size large, but ordered XL because excercise clothes are usually a bit snug, but these are a bit loose on the waist, but I'll make an adjustment if need be. I will buy more in the future..
