Riverberry Women's Mila Chunky, Mid Heel Mary Jane Pump Heels

I wanted to love these but like some other reviewers said, they're a very stiff shoe and they run small. I ordered the size 6. Normally I wear a 5.5 or a 6 if narrow so I was surprised when the 6 was too tight on me. This is a round toe shoe and I usually only need a 6 in a pointy toe, so these are very narrow for the type of shoe they are. The material is also very stiff. The buckles were too snug on me too. The length of the shoe was ok though so I'm afraid if I size up to the 6.5, they will be too long. My advice is that these best fit narrow feet If you've got wider feet or even average feet, they may be uncomfortable. They don't stretch or give with your feet at all. The color is true to the picture and the style is beautiful. I love the look of these shoes but the fit is extremely uncomfortable. They came nicely packaged and quickly. The company even includes extra heels tips. Size up & see if yours fits better. I could foresee blisters and sore feet so I couldn't wear these and had to return. Maybe I will try the next size up cuz these are so adorable and the nude is such a versatile color. And the heel height is low enough for every day but still gives you a little boost.

For anyone ordering these shoes, please read the reviews and order a size or 1/2 size up. I am normally a 6.5-7 and this type of shoe always seems to run big on me. I ordered 6.5 the first time and that was a mistake. The shoe fit but was too tight. The seller was very nice took the return and I ordered a 7. Be aware you will have to pay shipping for the return. It fits very well. There is no cushion in the bottom of the shoe and it rubs a little on my pinky toe. I think next time I will order a 7.5 to allow myself an insole. It is a nice 1.5-2ish inch heel and very stylish. I will be buying more colors!

I was super impressed opening the box-each shoe was individually wrapped; they came with inserts for heel and toe (to make them more comfortable) and even an extra set of heel stoppers. I thought this is wonderful, especially for the price. I pulled out one shoe and then the disappointment came. The shoe is already starting to unravel and IVE NEVER WORN THEM. I would return them but unfortunately these are the bridesmaids shoes for a wedding I am in, but I am going to urge the bride to choose a different shoe. Who wants brand new shoes with threads coming undone?!?These shoes also run small/narrow. I typically wear size 9, ordered these in size 10, they fit pretty good but may be tight with the inserts.

My complaint about these shoes was that they say the heel measures 3.25", but it doesn't. Even though they add "Measurements are very close approximations.", they are not even 3". They didn't look 3.25" on the website, but I bought them because they said were, and I thought the picture might be incorrect. No, the picture was correct. Otherwise they were small (as noted by everyone else): I would have had to exchange for a bigger size anyway. On the positive side, they were cute, and came with a lot of extras. I liked that they had little elastics at the heel so your foot wouldn't slip out. Not a bad shoe if you are looking for a lower heel. And buy larger!

Revised: The second day I wore these shoes the tip of the heel fell off. I have glued it back on but am so disappointed. Already worn so wont return.Original review: I read the reviews prior to ordering and ordered a half size up. You guys... they are so stiff and tight. I swear to you I have normal feet. They do come with comfort pads for the heel and ball of your foot and they have a bit of elastic on the back of the heel too which are nice features (you can see this in the picture). I wore them all day and they did not rub anywhere - they are just so stiff. I am hoping they will loosen up a little because they are perfect for me style wise!

I purchased these in the COFFEE (brown) to wear to work. When I got them, they came with these heel and foot stickers you can put in the shoe to prevent slipping and add comfort - so I thought they had to be REALLY great quality.I have primarily a desk job, so not a lot of walking around or anything out of the ordinary - aside from walking to the copier. I don't wear khakis or browns much (usually a black suit and black shoes), so I have literally worn these shoes 6 times since they were delivered on December 21 (it is now February 2), and the heel broke at work on the 6th time to wear them. I mean, they aren't super expensive at $29.99, but to get them repaired will probably cost at least $10.00 - and I've worn them once. REALLY disappointed since I can't return them and now I have to leave work early (more money out of my pocket) because my shoe is broken. I almost bought a pair in black, too - so glad I didn't!

I am using these for my Belle costume! I volunteer at Children's Hospital and I'm on my feet a ton. These shoes are comfy so far but they do run a bit small. I should've ordered a half size bigger. Don't try and adjust the straps! They don't work, one of mine came apart and I have to get it fixed. But very comfy, very cute. I'd order from them again.

Never even tried them on. They look like cheap plastic with the sole of the shoe coming right up to the edges of the shoe itself. You can even see where the glue made a stain on the color of the shoe.But worse than that – they had signs of wear and scuffing along the heel and the front sides! I don’t know if that’s from poor storage or someone wore them prior to me, but I returned them immediately for a refund
