Quality product, but poor packaging and handling
Although the item was wrapped in foam, the box containing the items is too big and loose, and there was nothing else inside the box to prevent the bowls from shifting around inside. As a result, one of the bowls got broken.The quality of the products is very well-crafted, as expected of Japanese-made products. Sadly, packaging just needs to be improved, considering how fragile the items are.It would be nice if seller could have these replaced.
