Can't give to dog
These are all the rage, apparently. I had a foster puppy who was into chewing on everything so, after hearing how great these are for teething, I ordered one...unbeknownst to me, veterinarians say these are a BIG NO-NO for teeth. They are the number one reason dogs chip and break their teeth. Our vet wouldn't allow me to give it to the puppy, so I didn't even open the package and planned to return it. Welp, can't return even an unopened antler, so it's a paperweight.

Long Lasting Fun
I LOVE (actually my DOGGIE loves) THIS ANTLER!!!! She is a mega-tough chewer! Chews thru every toy I set in front of her!!!!! ...But not these! Once I discovered these antlers, I finally found the key to satisfying my dog!

Great size for price
These arrived quickly and were larger than I expected which is great. I have ordered large antlers before from other companies and they were not very large so I was happily surprised when these arrived.

New favorite!
The media could not be loaded. My dogs love to chew, but this is the first antler product they’ve tried. At first, neither seemed to be interested in it, but after a few days it’s the favorite toy! Our older/dominant dog always chooses it over the pile of nylon bones, while our younger more submissive dog reluctantly chews on the previously favorite toy- just waiting until the older dog walks away to do other important doggy things like napping or eating, then she swoops in and chews on the antler for awhile. I’m probably going to have to buy a second antler in the near future since it’s loved by both dogs. The antler is really hard, so I would never give this to a dog that is a gentle chewer or one that has weak teeth (having a broken tooth pulled by a veterinarian is $150-$1,000!). I will also never leave this with them in their kennel while we’re gone in the off chance a piece broke off (antlers typically don’t splinter, but it’s not impossible).I’ve reviewed prices of other antlers and this is a “middle of the road” price at $18.55 (current price). Of course I’d like the product to be cheaper, but I know there’s a bit of work that goes into preparing an antler and they appear to be of really good quality, so it is a pretty fair price. They are also made in the USA, so that makes me happy. If this review was helpful, please let Amazon know by pressing the “Helpful” button below. Thank you!

Like split antlers better
Ever since getting split antlers, the dogs really haven't shown much interest in the regular antlers. This is a shame, because a couple of them used to really like them. Plus, they are typically less money than split antlers.

Better price than other brands
Better price than other brands, legitimately solid antler. My mastiff mix chews on these for months. I'm glad they're more natural and nontoxic than Kongs or Nylabones.

My dog seemed not interested
My 23 lb beagle is a chewer however lost interest on this one in 10 minutes. Maybe I should let him start with a split antler.
