Price should be 2-4 pounds for this quality of the ham
Im not satisfied with the quality of the ham at all. As i wrote “ jamon de bellota” in search, and that was the second option. I paid for a really bad quality

Great improvement
I would like you to know that i opened my second packet of jamon last night. It was very much better than the first. The slices were even and very good size. And excellent flavour. My first pack was a rogue i suspect.

Critical ingredient for special meal - exceptional!!
Recipe called for “melting” top grade Iberico ham on top of the cooked monkfish. ( My wife’s birthday alternative lockdown restaurant meal ie home!!!) and the ham did exactly what it was supposed to do - delicious!!!!

It's not tasty
Be careful, the product is very old, well, the forgings have a paper sticker with the date, but it is missing on the packaging itself. There is no taste and smell of jamon, there is only a rancid old taste

Great product at great price
Loved this product. Had it last night paired with some manchego, olives and fig jam. Washed down with a nice bottle of Manzanilla.

Respectfully the ham was not the quality I expected,
Having lived in Spain for 16 years I am aware of the various products available. The ham purchased was more or less the same as that I could buy in most Spanish supermarkets. The meat was well coloured but had been cut from the less expensive part of the ham joint. We left the ham out to eat at room temperature but although hints of the quality were there it was chewy and overall dissapointing.
