Q: How many levels will it lift to

Level 12 when used properly with 40 vol will lift 3-4 shades

Q: Would you suggest less processing time to avoid pulling warmth?

Are you using alone or combining it with the 12-0 (natural)? Are you using with double 40vol developer? The short answer is probably no to shorter processing time for less warmth. But I have had problems with this brand pulling too much warmth as well. BUT - I’ve been adding just a pinch of the 12-0 since my natural color is a light ash and don’t want purple hair. I haven’t tried it alone. But my usual processing time is 35-45min WITH double 40. Most recently I used a keune Tinta color 3001 with Cool Booster. The result was closer to what I’m aiming for.
