I’ve been to Italy and fell in love with real Italian food, especially pasta with pesto—and this is the closest I’ve found to the real thing at home. The pasta cooks perfectly and the pesto is rich, fresh, and flavorful. Finally, I was able to find the original Italian recipe pesto that actually uses pine nuts, which are so hard to find in recipes these days because they’re expensive. It makes a big difference in taste—creamy, nutty, and authentic! Even though the jar says it’s enough for two bags of pasta, I love it so much I use one for just one bag. I also added cauliflower and salmon, and it turned into a quick, delicious dinner that felt fancy but took no time at all. If you’re missing the flavors of Italy, this combo brings you right back. Love this stuff - fantastic flavor, no cheese - just basil and olive oil! This pesto is as good as fresh, but so much easier, and I never run out because I always keep an extra jar or two on hand.

I bought this because it's the only pesto made with real food and with olive oil versus canola or sunflower oil. No preservatives. Its pricey but worth it due to the ingredients and it tastes wonderful n

I am a repeat customer. good to have a vegan option for pesto. This taste is a little stronger than normal pesto we used to get from Costco, so just use in lesser proportion and that works perfectly. Everyone at home loves this.

For a bottled sauce, it is very good quality and taste. The only complaint I have with it is that it is a little salty and can use a more of a basil flavor. That is just my personal opinion. Other than that it's worth a try!

I've tried other brands of pesto sauce and none come close to ROI. The others are bland tasting by comparison. ROI just has so much flavor. I spread it on a baguette or ciabatta bread and sometimes I even lick the spoon. I also have enough stocked up just in case there's ever a disruption in production or the supply chain.

This pesto tastes good, and I love that it has no dairy, but it's just way too salty.

Keine Frage: Oft sind wirklich tolle Sachen dabei, aber noch häufiger wird um diese oder jene Zutat ein unverständlicher Zinnober veranstaltet. Das ROI Pesto allerdings habe ich vor Jahren kennen und lieben gelernt. Dann wurde es beim Händler durch ein anderes, nicht wesentlich billigeres, aber erheblich öderes Pesto ersetzt. Wer auf den üblichen Zusatz von Pinienkernen oder Parmesan verzichten kann (die meist nicht der Geschmacksverbesserung sondern der "Streckung" dienen) findet hier ein Lebensmittel, das sich auf geröstetem Brot oder Nudeln hervorragend macht. Muss man nicht jeden Tag essen, aber kann man.
