The first time I used it, I immediately put my old OXO one in the bag I keep of things to donate to Volunteers of America.This grates so much easier and faster than any I have ever used! Very little pressure is needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Sharp, space saving.I have several graters from microplane. Find the stick versions better than the wide plate versions in most scenarios.
