This dehumidifier works pretty well at decreasing the humidity in our basement. I was worried it would be too small for the space, but it seems to be doing a pretty good job. I like that it actually tells you the humidity in the air, so you know if its needed and if it's actually working. Got the humidity from almost 70% down to 50% within a day. I had to empty it out several times. Eventually I just hooked up the included hose and stuck it through a drain in the floor. It's been running like that for the past few days with no problem.

Not bad for the price. Not super quiet when in high and not the loudest. Digital controls are good and buttons easy to push. Wish bucket was a bit bigger but its pretty much a standard size. Overall, I recommend it.

we got this in June. All seemed well until last night, it quit working. Apparently no warranty since the window to send it back was July 24th. Would not recommend

It doesn't get the humidity to the level I want.

i've been using it for a week and i have to say it is working great. with the hose draining to sum pump, i dont have to empty the bucket.

Very good product. Very quiet and a ton of extra features. Keeps my basement dry and has removed the musty odors.

Only had this a few months and it's now freezing up for no apparent reason so it's useless. You can see the ice crystals at the bottom.
