Well u get eyelash glue, apply some to the band of the lash and wait about 20 seconds for it to get a bit sticky and apply to ur lid. If u still won’t understand so I would advise watching a YouTube tutorial

I don't know the exact measurements but I would say between 8-10mm long. They are not very long, probably just a little longer than my natural Asian lashes, but they are perfect for everyday, casual looks when you don't want to look like you have lashes in!
