Plain and simple, it worked.
I have a 4 year old Pom that has had black skin for 2.5 years. My beautiful little girl looked like she had mange. People were afraid to touch her she looked so bad.Other than to try steroids the vets said that there was nothing I could do for her. After reading reviews on the dermagic web site, I figured what the heck we will give it a try.Number 1, it STINKS.Number 2, it WORKS!Number 3, be patient. My lil girls black skin was very, very bad. Grease up your dog and put on a t shirt ( I used baby onesies and cut off the bottom), trust me you do not want this stuff all over your house. This takes months to complete but it does work. What I first noticed after 3 weeks or so was little dark globs stuck to her tufts of remaining fur. At first I thought she was picking up dirt because she was so greasy but then realized that it was the black skin sloughing off. For some reason she has been healing from the underside first, slowly working up to the spine, back of neck and tail. It has been 7 months and we are using about 1 large bottle of lotion a month.I will not quit until the black skin is all gone. People are amazed at the transformation. I myself could see it slowly working and people thought I was nuts. Now the joke is on them. I have even gotten apologizes from friends saying they thought I was insane using the snake oil on my doggie. After 7 months of treatment my darlin has fur everywhere but her spine and tail areas. For some reason that is the worst area. But once I see the little balls sloughing off in her fur I know that is the next area of healing. My baby is almost back to her beautiful self. Her new fur is soft and beautiful. This is no quick treatment. It is not a one bottle deal. It can take up to a year! The bottom line is, it plain ole works. It is natural and you are not pumping your dog full of drugs that may or may not work. Believe it or not the years treatment is cheaper than buying the steroids.I recommend using the bar shampoo, it is really nice. The conditioner is extremely hard to get out of the bottle, but use it.After a while you get used to the smell. When company comes over, they do look around a bit looking for THAT smell!Anyway, I do not usually give reviews, on this one I just had to. If you are willing to invest the time, it will work.

Worked Great
Worked on my Pomeranian wonderfully. After my groomer shaved her down, a no-no, she began losing hair on tail and back end. After 2-1/2 years I was sure she had alopecia. Tried Dermagic and after a couple months of brushing and applying lotion, my baby is back. Her coat is even softer than before the hairloss! 100% so glad I bought this lotion. I even told the Vet who wanted to do all sorts of test. worked for me!

Made his hair grow back
My son's Standard Poodle had areas on his body that, for some reason, just stopped growing hair. (on his back near his tail, and on his upper hind legs) We don't know why the hair stopped growing - he got a haircut, and those areas just didn't grow back. The skin changed from it's natural pink, to an unhealthy dark grey with black spots. We waited and hoped it would grow back, but, nope. No hair. You could run your hand over the area, and feel smooth skin with absolutely no hair. I was getting concerned, but the vet was closed, due to the coronavirus outbreak. He was not lethargic and was eating normal amounts, so I thought that I would try this DerMagic skin rescue lotion.I bought the 4oz dermagic skin rescue lotion on April 13th. I knew 4oz wouldn't last long, but wanted to try it out before investing in the larger size.Within a few days, the skin turned a lighter shade. A couple weeks, and there was a little hair growth along the edges. And now, June 21st, he has hair in all the bald spots. It's still a bit thin, but we are continuing to apply the lotion. He is white, and the lotion seems to have made his hair turn yellowish? But, hair is hair! And his skin has returned to it's healthy, pink color. The 4oz container lasted us from April 13 - June 1st. At that point, I purchased the 8oz lotion. Also went ahead and bought the DerMagic Shampoo Bar (skin rescue)The lotion is stinky, but it works. We put it on at bedtime, hoping to avoid the dog rubbing it off on the couch. This lotion works. I will include some pictures of our progress. Thank you DerMagic :)

Working Slowly
I got this for my Pomeranian who all of a sudden lost her coat in her tail and back end. It seems to be working but very slowly. It is a thick sticky lotion and you need to wash the area at least every two weeks. It is a very slow process but it seems to be working slowly. If you're looking for a quick fix this is not it. I just put in the area daily and rub it in real well and off she goes. I am finally starting to see a bit of growth so I am happy about that and with this lotion as well. It is just a slow process that is all
